It is our first time in Khao Yai and Vivace Resort made our stay really enjoyable for us.

We like best is the spaciousness of the villas that we stayed in. The amenities are good. Only 1 restaurant at the rooftop but serves very yummy food although not much variety. Service is excellent and the reception staff are all very friendly.

The hotel has no spa or massage service. Should look into having a spa or at least some massage services for the convenience of the hotel customers instead of having to travel out for spa services.

Good Hotel but Bad Staff

Bad Staff. We hadn’t any services from staff at all. After checking in, reception didn’t call bell boys to help carry our bags. After checking out, bell boys didn’t care about us at all even it’s raining as if we are not there but went through us to help other guests carry bags. Cannot request extra floor mat that got wet from shower box leakage, you need to pay extra cost. Staff at breakfast venue hided themselves from guests behind food kiosks making guests unable to order food they want.

Would live here if I could afford it.

Beautiful, relaxing setting. Huge bedroom, bathroom and balcony. Excellent facilities and pleasant, friendly staff. Free parking. The rooftop viewpoint is now an evening restaurant and is a perfect setting.

I could be wrong, and this is a very minor in the overall scheme of things, but the saltiness of the swimming pool water was extreme and put me off swimming.

Great pool and good breakfast!

The location is quite remote, you are more or less forced to eat at the (very nice) rooftop restaurant, which is extremely expensive! (3-4 times as much as a normal restaurant). There are no scooters for rent, but the staff at least can drive you to the national park entry. Better to book a guide and driver though! English language ability of the staff is quite limited.

Amazing place with super nice staff. I really recommend the creek view villas. They are super private and just amazing. We had a great time. The viewpoint is also great. Beware that it can get quite chilly during December at night, good that the creek view villas have an amazing hot bathtub. The infinity pool is really nice including the jacuzzi. Everything clean. The resort is so nicely done and decorated. Great for kids too.

Great location and great view!

Great Location, near the main town and the national park, fantastic view from the rooms which was also big and comfortable. A nice touch all the lights decoration and very nice and well maintained the garden around. Alos the roof top restaurant deserve a mention for the view and food.

Through our stay at Vivace last few days. Its awesome with its own charm, feel like home.

Totally blown away with the effort to really light up the hotel facade. Amazing great effort. The drive through experience with the lighting is simple but tastefully done. Love the quiet and mountain view. Staffs is very positive and cheerful. Embracing the hotel standard.

The bed was a little on the hard side for my family. But thats really individual preference.

It was a very pleasant stay

Breakfast spread was decent and tasted good for me and hubby. Service of the staff was good as they were polite and helpful. The entire vibe of the hotel was friendly and welcoming.I love the bathroom and shower facility. The rooftop dining was out of the world and was so beautiful from sunset till nightfall. The backdrop of the mountains really enhance my stay. The hotel staff even presented me with a mug as a souvenir when I check out the hotel. How thoughtful!! I would Highly recommend this hotel and would come back again.

Overall, a wonderful stay!

Clean and quiet, staff is friendly and daily replenish the necessities (the staff just place them outside of the room as we are on “Do not disturb” which is very sweet of them)

Spacious place.

breakfast is good! the place is very big too. free tidbits in lobby

had to walk up stairs to go for breakfast. pool water was overly salty.

No entertainment or massage to keep the guests entertain so is a little boring.

Breakfast is good spread and the view is ok facing the mountain. The room is hugh

No spa and if the hotel has free transport to certain destination of attractions will be good, especially for hotel guests as surrounding has no amenities. The transport pick up at 15 or 30 mins interval will be good.

Quite good stay.

Location.. near the main road and nice view at the top floor open terrace

More like a no frills hotel or business hotel. Deco is simple and plain. BF was good though

Enjoyed our stay at this resort.

Enjoyed the breakfast especially trying the Thai spreads. Good coffee and enjoyed the fresh coconuts. Had a nice experience dining at the rooftop. Good food and excellent frozen margaritas👍 Good service.

The water pressure was too low to have a nice shower. Certainly can be improved. Should also provide face towels as well.

Probably best to book when it's peak season, overall great stay

The staff again was great, helpful and overall happy with services. Breakfast was humongous and had sufficient choices. Not to mention it was delicious too.

The swimming pool was slimy/moldy. When we went for swimming my feet turned green after stepping on the pool floor and water tasted nasty.
