Nice and clean. Really impressed how detailed the design and built is. Waking up in the morning and it feels like you are indeed teleported to Tuscany. Nice that you could explore the other amazing facilities.
Not a major one. But the staffs English need to be improved. There were a few miscommunications during breakfast, but all sorted out. Would also love for the swimming pool and gym facilities to be available in Portofino. Also restaurant options: could really elevate the Italian dining experience with more upscale Italian cuisine.. eg Neapolitan Pizza

ที่พักสวย ด้านในห้องพักสวย
เราได้ห้องที่อยู่ติดกับห้องที่น่าจะเป็นห้องพักพนักงาน แล้วมีเสียงเปิดปิดประตูห้องเข้าออกตลอด ได้ยินเสียงคุยกันตลอด ตอนกลางคืนได้ยินเสียงคนตะโกนเชียร์บอล(ไม่แน่ใจว่าเสียงมาจากทางไหน) ส่วนห้องข้างบนเป็นเสียงตึงตังตลอดเวลา โทรแจ้งฟร้อนแล้วก็ยังดังอยู่เหมือนเดิม เป็นการมาพักผ่อนที่ไม่ได้พักเลย
