Great location, close to the motorway, with easy access and free parking. The check-in was very smooth, and I especially want to thank Fabian, who was extremely helpful and available by phone to assist me with the check-in.
Overall, I had a very good experience and would definitely recommend this place. Thank you, Fabian, for your help and excellent service!
I couldn’t find my reservation on the self-check-in machine, either by my name or by the booking number. It was probably a system issue at the time, but dealing with this at 1:30 a.m. was definitely not funny or convenient.
Thankfully, Fabian was very helpful and assisted me by phone with the check-in. I really appreciate his help and patience. Thank you, Fabian! Overall, a good experience despite the issue with the self-check-in system. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
