Clean and basic room. The breakfast was lovely and started us on the day. a beautiful backdrop of the Abbey behind
Definitely not enough staff with the amount of new people arriving.
There didn't seem to be enough parking for all of the visitors and we were asked to park elsewhere. Staff were not overly friendly so we decided to eat at another restaurant.

Great location.
Mold and hair in bathroom. Dusty room. Somebody’s underwear was still in closet. Check-in was complicated as the hotel receptionist was also the waitress in the very busy cafe. Eggs at Breakfast were old and cold.
