Loved that breakfast was included! the room was clean and the balcony was lovely. Liked how easy it was to navigate to. Staff was very friendly!

The location of this hotel was perfect. It was very close to the train station and just adjacent to HTL St. Polten, where we were attending a 5-day event. We booked at the last minute, and we were thankful they had 4 rooms available for our group. The view from the top floor was very nice, and we also liked having a balcony. The staff was helpful and spoke English. They even offered to translate for us when making a call to a company that had no English speakers. This is a rather large hotel, and it has facilities for those events. The breakfast was nice to have each day, good but not great. We also ate dinner there one night and enjoyed our meals.
Walking distance to everything, including the main square where we often ate. A nicely landscaped park across the street with spring flowers.
The rooms had very little ventilation, so we left the large sliding door open all day and night for fresh air. Based on our other experiences during this trip, this seems to be a common problem in Austria and Europe in general. Breakfast could have been a little better. I wish they had laundry facilities.
