Bei Fragen kurz abgewimmelt - außer bei der Chefin

Das Ambiente, das Frühstück, die Sauberkeit. Nach der Beschwerde wegen des Ventilators wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer angeboten.

Einige Male hat das Personal die Probleme nicht ernst genommen: Der Ventilator im Badezimmer war sehr laut, daher konnte man nachts nicht das Bad benutzen. Schon Anfang November erwähnt... Kein WLAN im Zimmer, Rooter nicht gefunden. Personal hat nicht geholfen. Zimmer zuerst nicht gefunden, da kein Hinweis, in welche Richtung man gehen sollte.

Preis - Leistung perfekt!

Das Frühstück ist klasse, die Gaststätte sehr lecker, die Gaststube gut bürgerlich gemütlich eingerichtet und die Zimmer sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht.

good for the price payed

I used the hotel in transit to RO, near the highway, easy to find + parking spaces in front. Breakfast ok. For 60 eur / night + MD it is very good choice in the very pricey Austrian hotel market

very outdated rooms, I don't know why I got in the old wing, far from the reception, it's like you're in a Frankenstein' s movie , but in the end it was fun

Freundlich in ein anderes Haus verlegt.

Leider ist eine Bewertung nicht möglich da wir, wegen Überbuchung in eine andere Frühstückspension Verlegt wurden. Diese (Haus Barbara) erwies sich allerdings als ein absoluter Glücksfall so dass wir hier auch nichts schlechtes über das Hotel Moser sagen können.

Superb

It was an ideal place for one night with entire family. The apartement was very spacious, the bed quite comfortable. I was really positively surprised. I only had a couple of hours in Pöchlarn, but I really enjoyed a walk along Danube; a very special evening atmosphere.

Cleaning, food, the spacious room.

The hotel is located right in front of the train station. The room was not cooled, and at night, it gets very hot. If you open the window, it is very noisy outside: a lot of people inside and outside the hotel are talking loudly and some young people are even screaming loudly until late at night, and the trains pass almost every 5-10 minutes.

Cycling stop on the Danube

The staff were very friendly, room was clean and comfortable. Stored our bikes safely and able to charge e-bike. Really good value for money - bead and breakfast

Dissapointment, no respect for clients

After 25 minutes of waiting for the "boss" to come, at 23:30 in the night he said he had no room available, so we had to accept a room in another inn he has in a nearby village so that we could get some sleep. In the morning we had to drive back there for the breakfast. We only wanted a place to sleep near the highway... I should have learned a few years ago not to use booking for small inns, it happened before: they occupy their rooms and don't announce on booking.com - that guy did't even try to call us before to warn us!

The owners were ignorant, waiting staff were ok despite mistakes only human.

Bad stay, outdated for the money..1 not 3stars hotel

I used this hotel also on a regular basis 10-12 years ago, nothing changed. It just got worse smelly old carpets, no modern coffee machine still the old way, diluted coffee, they had to do the fish that remained from the carnival four days ago we had from dads, diarrhea, old cheese, already oxidated and old salami.

Breakfast and the smell in the rooms..

This is the second time we went there. The price was very good for the nice room, clean comfortable. The hotel is close the highway. Very nice stuff

It is one the road about 30 minutes drive to the Wachau wine area. Not too far

Once but never again

Breakfast is perfect, good selection of everything you can wish for.

We travelled with a dog and they put us on the third floor, we had to walk through the whole building to get there. I don't know if you ever travelled with a big dog before but we always take her dog bed with us, including everything she needs. My husband has health problems, nothing worth mentioning but having him (and me) walk such a distance up and down the stairs a few times over wasn't well received by us. It's common sense that you put dogs close to the entrance, so they don't meet other guests staying in the hotel every time they have to go out for a walk. But looking at all the stains on the carpet, I think they put us there for good reason, as you can't put anyone else in such room. When we finally had everything we required upstairs, it turned out that there was no toilet paper, so down we went again to ask for it. Now people can say I'm nitpicking, but the lady in front of us at the reception booked a room downstairs as her husband was in a wheelchair, this was agreed on the phone and she got a room on the 1st floor

Very nice stay

I stayed one night and I realy liked it. Room was clean and big enough for 4 persons. Batroom nice, sepereted toilet. Breakfast was tasty and with broad choices of food. Stuff was frendly and helpful. I would come back again and I would recomend it.
