The room was clean and quiet. The free parking behind the hotel was convenient. The breakfast was nice and a good value. The location was just off the village square. Everything was within a short walk. The outside seating made for a nice location to have a coffee and watch the activity in the town square. Overall, a nice place to stay that is convenient to all of Mariazell.

Great team, helpful staff. Good management surely plays a big role.
Room was more than comfortable and very clean.
Free parking.
Limited variety of breakfast, I must add that it was really more than sufficient for us, because what was offered were all absolutely fresh!!! The bread was fresh and crispy, scrambled eggs done with perfection. Coffee offered was brewed and nice and strong.
We definitely will stay here again on our next visit.

Unfortunately, not possible to dine spontaneously in the restaurant at 19:30h. We were really looking forward to having dinner there because of the great reviews, however, we were informed that only guests with half board would be served dinner.
A gentleman staff was kind to recommend places to us.

breakfast good enough, good position of hotel for christians :), very nice view direct to basilic
shower was not wery good, ventilation in badroom doesn´t work. also climatisation was missing
