Beautiful farm house with spacious and comfortable rooms. Lovely garden. Warm, cosy, atmosphere and absolutely perfect for a family gathering. Host's provided everything we needed to ensure we had a very memorable and special weekend . Thank you so much. We will definitely be back.
The time we had away was a little short. Would love to have stayed longer.

Lovely cottage, home away from home. Beautiful view. Owners very friendly and helpful. Will Definitely go there again. Beds super comfortable and everything you need is there. DSTV and Wifi. Thank you from the bottoms of our hearts.

The friendly way we were welcomed and everything explained. The spacious accommodation in good old farm tradition yet very well equipped for modern day requirements. The beautiful garden and peaceful surrounding tempted us to stay longer but at last duty was calling again. We would recommend Piccadilly farm cottage any day - good value for money.

It's peaceful, very well appointed with everything we needed. Gas heater and loadshedding lights. Electric blankets and lovely bedding . All new gas appliances including a gas geyser, and a very convenient position for the main meander route. Really lovely people that own the cottages too. A great surprise was that the cottage now has its own wifi. I highly recommend this place for a chilled, down to earth home away from home farm stay experience.

The cottage was wonderfully cozy. Fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Cute little garden that the little ones can enjoy and the morning cows were a treat.
The sound from the highway was a bit to get used to especially for us who are not used to traffic related sounds at night. But it wouldn't stop us from staying there again if the opportunity arose.

We liked the rustic, old style country home.
It was quite cold, one of the bedrooms did not have a heated blanket

Some of the curtains were a bit short and couldnt close all the way.

The garden and size of the place
Place not well kept. Thatched roof needs a lot of attention and is filled with spiders and ants. Place not clean full of insects.

Piccadily Cottage was in the most beautiful tranquil area of the Midlands in Lions River. It really gave one the
feel of a true farm stay. The place was tastefully decorated with a comfortable bed and little welcoming extras.
Some of the windows did not close well, due to broken latches. However, we were assured of
24 hours security patrol.

Open plan toilet is really not pleasant. Cold stone floor
Visitors in adjoining cottage kept us awake until almost 4am with partying and loud talking.
Located close to freeway so noise of loud traffic also disturbing

The bedding was not very clean. There were bugs falling from the roof which was not cleaned and onto the bed.
