Close to the elevator, and upon entering this four-bedroom three-bathroom suite via our secure electronic lock system, one will first notice the tall ceilings and the high-end interior design the vacation home has to offer. This four-bedroom condo has been delicately crafted with high end furnishings, detailed moldings, and modern amenities. Plush couches with strategic accent pillows, a combination of single king and double-twin bedroom options, coupled with luxurious sheets along with a kitchen that’s fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, disposal and all the culinary tools needed to create the finest cuisine. This vacation home offers the most necessary amenity for a stay in the Florida Keys, a private covered porch. Like a local, take a seat and lean back on your private porch to enjoy your morning coffee or take an afternoon break to read your favorite book. In Upper Bayview South, guests can find their expansive views of Garrison Bight, from the property’s dock as well as the pool. Beyond visual accommodations, Bayfront Suites also offers all the creature comforts one would need in their home away from home. Parking is provided for the vacation homes, and for the electric traveler, a car charging station is provided on the property. There is also complimentary wireless internet throughout the property, including the pool and tiki hut. Other amenities such as luxurious high thread count sheets, Virtual Concierges through Alexa, wireless thermostat and just in case you don’t get to the store in time, we provide your first morning’s coffee. The best part about these amenities, are that they align with Key West’s lifestyle to do good to Mother Earth. Bayfront Suites is a certified green building and LEED Certified, which means that a stay at Bayfront Suites is a step in reducing one’s carbon footprint. Our unique pool design is perfect for any traveler including families. There is a dip area for shallow water enjoyment that kids love and designed for even the smallest of guests in mind. There are several ledges along the pool’s edge for relaxation. Situated on the water’s edge, enjoy the view while you soak. Plenty of lounge chairs and tables line the pool deck. A rooftop deck was designed into the building of this fabulous small resort for guest’s enjoyment as well as to aid in providing a special area for which guests can have memorable events. We encourage guests to enjoy the panorama view from this rooftop deck overlooking Garrison Bight. Boat docks must be reserved prior to arrival and are available on a first come first serve basis. We can accommodate one to two boats 23 to 35 feet in length. In addition, we can also accommodate up to three smaller vessels less than 20 feet in length. Please see our aerial image of the dock for a reference of available dockage. In conclusion, Bayfront Suites and Marina is the place to have an enjoyable, comfortable and memorable retreat while in Key West and we hope to have you as our guest. We took a holiday trip to Key West with our adult children. There were seven of us in total, and this property worked perfectly for our needs. It was clean and had everything we needed from the pots and pans, dishes, starter coffee, dishwashing tabs, and basic spices to the bath and beach towels. We actually requested more bath towels (not realizing our son has hoarded them in his room), and they got them to us right away. The check in process was easy, and complete with a welcome gift. We rented a golf cart for the week, and it worked perfectly for our needs. We often walked the mile or so to the Duvall area rather than mess with parking. The pool was warm and all of the exterior living spaces were clean and well kept. We were very pleased with our stay!

This condo complex is very nice. Our unit was in good condition and well maintained. My only real complaint is that there is no closet space in the entire rental. The living area is on the small side but worked for us. It isn't walkable to most sights, so we rented a golf cart for the week.

Unfortunately the weather was chilly and rainy for 4 days of our stay, forcing us inside. The furniture in the living area is dirty and the area rug was filthy as well. We didn’t have enough room for 5 people to spread out because it was too cramped. The mattresses are some of the worst I have slept on in years. Everyone ages 20-60 complained about them. It would be nice to provide extra kitchen towels for guests staying 7 nights, 2 in not sufficient. We were missing some items in the kitchen but the rental agency was quick to respond. Doug was exceptional in addressing all of our needs. Adding even some hooks around the property would give places for beach towels to hang, coats, general clothing. I wish I knew are the better as our location wasn’t bad but I would have preferred something on a beach or on the ocean not the harbor. We hardly used our bikes mostly because of the weather and they were in poor condition. Doug said he wouldn’t recommend that company again. Providing something to clean the counters during our stay would have been helpful, I had to purchase. Other than those things the property was clean upon arrival and in good condition except for the things I mentioned.

Condo was beautiful, as well as view. I did not give it a high rating, because I was not informed that the elevator rarely functioned. I am elderly and my son-in-law is waiting for hip replacement. It was a struggle to get up and down stairs with suitcases, groceries, etc. I had to limit number of trips, so never got to enjoy pool. Was out of service whole week!
Had I known at time of booking, I would have chosen a first floor condo.

Family Once in a Lifetime Trip
After cancelling this trip 2 years ago due to Covid, we finally made it happen. Parents, 3 grown kids, 3 grown significant others. The place was perfect. Quiet, beautiful view, well stocked. The location is ideal, being on the waterfront but also within walking distance to Duval and Old Town attractions. The view from our private balcony was spectacular, overlooking Garrison Bight. If you don’t have a waterfront unit, there is a great common area with furniture that has the water view. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. We had 8 guests. The full kitchen served us well. I really can’t think if anything negative to report. We absolutely loved this property and will definitely stay here again.

The communication, beginning on the day you reserve your stay and continuing until you check out, is amazing. The beds are comfortable, the water pressure is great, the washing machine/dryer are the BEST brand and conveniently located, and the view from the deck is amazing. The elevator sucks, but we should all be taking the stairs more often anyway.
In regards to the location, it is easy to spend some time immersed in the mayhem of Duval, but then you can easily return to the quiet of this rental. I would recommend renting a golf cart for the duration of your stay because it makes getting to dinner reservations on time much easier and also because driving a golf cart every day is fun.
The only suggestion I have is to add a few towel hooks to all of the bathrooms, and also a few hooks in the bedrooms so that guests have somewhere to hang things up.

Our family of 7 with 2 little girls had a great time at this condo. There was plenty of room for all of us. The balcony was a great place to sit and to go with the girls, ages 4 years and 20 months. They liked to look at the boats coming in and out and at the planes going to and from the airport. The pool was perfect for all of us. The garbage disposal did not work, but we did not call to ask to have it repaired.
