Situated in Lido Isle, this attractive condo for $229 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Located between Newport and Balboa Piers this mid Century 4 unit building on West Balboa Blvd Is perfect for short walks to either Pier and many fine restaurants, as well as the Balboa Ferry and the Catalina Flyer. This Studio apartment has a full kitchen. There is a comfy queen size captain's bed with storage underneath and ample closet and drawer space. Side tables are laptop tables to provide a workspace. Amenities include Smart TV, Cable, free Wifi, coin op washer and Dryer, there is a gas BBQ with table and chairs on a shared patio space. 2 Tommy Bahama Beach chairs and Boogie Boards are provided and stored in the garage with the laundry. This is a ground floor unit. There is a small bathroom with a NEW SHOWER!. Street Parking only. Quite hours are very important. No animals allowed on property due to allergies. Location was amazing and the place is super clean and comfortable. Walking distance yo everything. We left behind a personal item and realized on the way to the airport. I sent and email and the host responded right away and mailed it too us. Very impressed with everything

My sis-in-law and I stayed for 3 nights and had zero issues with the property. Very well appointed and stocked studio. Location is fabulous!! Messaged host about nearby restaurants and she responded right away. There is a binder though with a list of restaurants, how to access tv and such. Had neighbors on both sides and had no issues with noise. Recommend.

Wonderful place to stay!
Everything was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location was perfect.
Street parking, but never had a problem finding a spot not too far from the studio.
Just a short walk across the street to a less crowded part of the beach, but not too far of a walk to the shops and restaurants.
Great outside seating area, perfect to hang out and relax.
Directions for everything were well written and easily understood.
Overall—a wonderful experience and would definitely stay again.

Perfect size for 2 people. Clean and quiet. Just cross the street and it is a beautiful walk along the boardwalk to Newport. Second time staying! We will be back!

We have stayed at this address before....not this studio though. We have now stayed at unit A, B, and C. They have all been clean and comfortable. We had a hiccup with the water heater in this unit. The owners were quick to respond and act on the situation, priceless!! We will definitely stay again, maybe we will try unit D next time! Thank you owners!

Everything was wonderful. Perfect location, plenty of parking, had every amenity we could need. Though we could hear the person yawning on the other side of the wall, we have no complaints. Really hope to be back!!

The studio is cute as in pictures but walls are paper thin. We heard people coming in late after midnight. Beds were on same wall as studio beside us so could hear the neighbors in bed. Heard traffic all night. Didn’t get a good night sleep the whole time. Just too noisy for a place that was supposed to have “quiet time”. Would not recommend unless you are party people.

This was a great location and it was so nice to have the beach chairs available. We were a little worried about parking but always found a spot. The only negative feedback I would have is the TV/Cable. The remote appeared to have a piece missing off the front and the cable service was spotty. Other than that it was a perfect unit for two people and included everything we needed. Thanks

Nice, simple, place with all you need for a relaxing trip to Newport Beach. We loved that it was just a 15 min walk to the Newport Beach pier and about a 10 minute walk to Marina Park where we enjoyed our morning calisthenics workouts. They have a pull up bar and other calisthenics stations there.
The food we experienced in and around the area was outstanding - Mama D’s for Italian was an AMAZING experience, Avila’s El Ranchito for Mexican, and TRU bowl superfood had some delicious açaí bowls.
The beach spot just across the street from the apartment was nice and peaceful and we even saw dolphins on multiple occasions.
Street parking around the unit was rarely hard to find and was free as long as you didn’t park along the median of W. Balboa blvd.

We had a great time for my bday! Everything we needed was within reach. From the beach, to the restaurants and other eatery’s nearby. The room was very clean and the same as in the pictures posted.

Very well appointed unit. Studio apartment with fully equipped kitchen, comfortable couch and bed and TV with all cable stations.
Quiet and safe neighborhood with lots of parking.
1 block from beach and one block from harbor. Close to Balboa pier and short drive to restaurants.
Janet (owner) is very informative and easy. Always answers phone and texts and very accommodating.
May just be our new home away from home.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It's cozy and great for two people. It was great to have access to beach chairs and boogie boards. The only thing missing was a beach umbrella as we burnt ourselves to a crisp on the beach. Although our own fault as we were the morons that didn't put on sunscreen.
