Location and sea view!
When it rained the roof leaked with water leaking through the ceiling onto bedside table making bed pillows, sheets, bedside table and carpet wet.

Perfect location with a great view. Everything we needed inside and good coffee was just a hop skip and jump away.
A great little deck, comfortable bedding and bay views made this apartment just perfect for our anniversary celebration.
Away from the hustle and bustle of nearby towns but close enough to pop into a fancy restaurant, do some shopping or explore both the ocean beaches and stunning bay.
Blairgowrie has everything you need in walking distance and it was a delight to take a dip in the bay just across the road.
No negatives worth noting…. They were all outweighed by the positives.

Comfy bed, location ,easy access to shopping and eateries ,not far to travel to different towns beautifull beach , cheap petrol.ferry from serento to Queenscliff.

We loved the location and the size of the property. The beds and the facilities were very comfortable.
We found that the cutlery and dishes weren’t very clean and in some cases still had food residue on them. We had to clean everything again before we were able to use them. We also had to wipe all benches and tables they were quite dusty. The bedding and linen were fine.
