The location was perfect and it was exceptionally clean and contemporary.
The balcony faced out onto the back laneway with noise/smell from delivery vans and rubbish trucks. The A/C was not working properly. As it was hot during our stay, this made it very uncomfortable at night

Beds were super comfortable. Whole apparent was comfortable. Would stay there again.
Floors were a bit dirty on arrival.
Rug in lounge needs to be changed, ends sticking up so super easy to trip over.
The view wasn't great, back laneway with smelly bins. Not a huge issue as we were out most of the day.
Would be a good idea to have a clothes horse to hang beach towels etc to dry out.

well appointed and furnished with good facilities, close to shops and beach
a bit sterile , entrance in a back alley with many very steep stairs, balcony view of said alley, wifi non existent, air conditioning didn’t work properly but we were compensated with a free night, not good value for money
