The accommodation was very clean, well equipped and comfy. The owner, Nello, was very helpful and responsive, making sure we were in good hands. There was a large common area with kitchen and coffee machine, and the room itself was nice. We had a great time there and will definitely book with NG collection next time when we are in Olbia!

Die Lage war perfekt. Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet und modern. Man bekommt schnell Rückmeldung über booking oder WhatsApp.

Airconditioning, Aufzug, Balkon, Austattung. Alles vorhanden ( sogar Pantoffeln) , das Zimmer ansich ist schön und ausreichend groß. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es gibt eine Kaffemaschine, Kapseln wurden gestellt.
Aus der Beschreibung geht nicht klar hervor, dass es eine einzige Wohnung mit Gemeinschaftsküche und 3 Schlafzimmern ist. Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock eines 8 stöckigen Gebäudes welches sich nicht im charmantesten Bereich Olbia‘s befindet. Der Ausblick geht teilweise auf die Berge, aber auch in nicht wirklich schöne Hinterhöfe. Die Wohnung ist extrem hellhörig, man hört jedes Wort der angrenzenden Wohnung. Die Kissen sind hoch und sehr hart. Freundlicherweise wurde mir angeboten mein Gepäck nach Check-out im gemeinschaftlichen Wohnzimmer zu lassen, allerdings funktionierte der Code dann nicht mehr um in die Wohnung zu gelangen ( auch vom Reinigungspersonal ausprobiert). Anfragen über booking.com / e-mail wurden nicht beantwortet, auf Anrufe wurde jedoch schnell reagiert. Den Eingang musste ich suchen, habe ihn auf einem Foto markiert.
