Quiet location, central to most activities. Daniela was lovely, responsive, and helpful when we asked for advice and decorated her apartment beautifully.
Bed was comfortable, but, as with most European stays, we found the pillows way too high for our necks.
It was extremely hot for the days we were there, and the air conditioner didn't cool the place properly... I think it needs a regas.

We had an amazing stay in the heart of Olbia! The room has everything you need, it also has a garden where you can eat/rest. The bed was super comfortable! We will come back for sure!

Location
The staff that was in charge with the check in.
Also they didn't clean our room at all during a 6 nights stay although they stated that after 3 days they will clean the room and chnage our towels. Whe I asked the person in charged with the location for clean towels (after 4 days) he replied that this is not a hotel and that he is on vacation and could not help me and redirected me to another person
