Located in a quiet, wooded cove, our community is nestled beside beautiful Rottenwood Creek, which rambles peacefully into the Chattahoochee River. Nature abounds in this rustic setting, and yet it still offers you the conveniences of in-town living. We are just a short way from the Battery & Suntrust Park with a plethora of dining and entertainment options, yet just as close to the rushing waters and tranquil trails of the Chattahoochee River. Minutes to downtown Atlanta; right outside of the perimeter with easy access to I-75, I-285 and 400.

This place was PERFECT for our family. We were there for a ball tournament and it was relatively close to all the ballparks we had to go to. Grocery stores and fast food close. This apartment was also great in that is had comfortable beds and nice towels for the bathrooms. Host was great too. Nice pool, tennis courts and walking trails around. Awesome place!
