My sales group came back and was super happy with the place. We come down every year for the show and usually book a hotel and we decided to try the Vrbo instead and now they want to go this route every year. We will be booking again next year. Thank you for such a wonderful stay for our salesman.

Quiet and very private gated community apartment. There is 1 flight of stairs you have to walk down to get to the apartment. Close to everything. There is a coffee maker but no Keurig. I appreciated that it was stocked with extra paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap / dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent and dryer sheets. We didn’t need to buy anything extra.

Description is accurate. Linens and apartment were clean. All upholstery and carpets needs a deep clean, furniture needs to be updated. Apartment is located kind of a basement, you have to go down one floor to access apartment. Apartment is not at level of parking. Host could be more generous with coffee and other toiletries for the price.
