An excellent place to stay

A very spacious apartment with a HUGE and SAFE balcony room(we had two little kids so it was very important for us ),living room and a nicely decorated dining area.Plenty storage in the bedrooms and kitchen,good mattresses.Two ensuing bathrooms and a WC next to the kitchen area.Spacious kitchen with a little balcony -very useful if cooking during your stay.All utensils,pans,glasses,cups,plates-everything there.We really liked the apartment and its location.Its about 20-25min walking distance to Medina or 5 min walk to the Gueliz central area where lots of shops,restaurants,Carrefour supermarket ,McDonald,KFC can be found.Housekeeper was available most of the time.Mr Soufiane,the owner ,was very helpful,responding promptly,very respectful and understanding.Mr.Soufiane even helped us with the toddler stroller as we forgot ours at home.He was very kind and offered us another apartment for couple of hours free of charge after we checked out at 12:00 as our flight was later in evening.Highly recommended to the families .I would definitely stay there again in a future:) Thank you

The stay was superb with all the amenities provided. Our Host Sofian was great and helpful.

The location is superb and close to the airport and walking distance to the shopping area and night life. One can even walk to Djema el-Fna and Djemaa el-Fnaa - Marrakech Main market.

The Cab drivers do not charge tourist by the meter. one has to bargain with them. The authorities need to have control over this.

The apartment is spacious, the 3 rooms are well designed and comfortable, each with a well equipped bathroom The neighborhood is safe, a couple of 24 hrs eateries and neighborhood stores within 2-5 mins walk Most importantly, Mr Soufiane is amazing! kind and accommodating, he makes all the difference!

no microwave.. but there is an oven and I am sure Mr Soufiane would have brought one in if we asked, we made due with the oven and the stove though. The Kitchen was otherwise well equipped too

The Size, the facilities, the balcony, the TV. It is perfect for family. Location is great with supermarket around the corner and many restaurants choices.

Nothing I don't like. It would be nice to have shampoo and shower gel as we can't take those onto a flight.

Enjoyed my stay here , didn’t want to leave .

The apartment was absolutely beautiful, so as the stuff was welcoming and lovely! The check-in and check-out was very smooth! We had a problems with pritning off the tickets and the host kindly did it for us making the trip easier and less stressful. we really appreciated that. Highly recommend the place if coming with friends or family!

Superb

Very spacious apartment, good communication and support at arrival. An underground garage is available and included in price upon request. Great restaurants just at the ground floor, and both Majorelle and Medina district is in 15 min walking distance.

Amazing stay

The location and apartment was AMAZING! it looked even better than the photos on booking.com and was very clean. Souphian was extremely accommodating and kind. He helped us with almost everything as well as having a cleaning service when we asked for the apartment to be freshened up, which is not done on Airbnb. so that was very nice and hospitable. The location is a 15min walk from tourist attractions but in an area that is not crowded and it is safe. I definitely recommend staying here, it was lovely

Soufiane was an excellent host, great location and a well set out apartment.

excellent location, good layout with en-suite bathrooms, Wi-Fi, host extremely helpful.

the only issue was that there were limited plates, one for each person which left none for serving purposes

Great apartment, even better host.

The apartment was very comfortable, we really enjoyed it. The apartment manager is a godsend, ask him for any trip, taxi etc. and he will arrange them for you. We also really appreciated the list of restourants and tourist attractions to visit, it was very helpful on the first day when we had little time.

an absolute 10

after reading reviews, i decided to take a shot and book sweet jacobs, and i go to marrakech every two weeks....i have stayed in many places mainly sofitel and the savoy, but the hospitality and treatment i got at sweet jacobs was probaly by far the best. I come from London every two weeks and my second time in an apartment, the place is huge and i was a little taken back by the size. so spacious and organised neatly, the lounge and balcony are so nice to relax in....Soufiane is a text or phone call away and answers almosyt immediately, im quite needy and fussy but he delivered and the reveiws that i read were spot on.....taxis outside are constant to hail down, i had appointments in Guiliez with some banks and he showed me how to walk which is 5-8 mins walk....saved on taxis there i guess theres a small market outside so buy groceries and things for the apartment....i cant fault this place, wish i found it sooner....

Nice stay in Gueliz... great location and spacious apartment

As everyone has said, Soufiane is great, very attentive, easy to communicate with, and assisted us on all things that we needed or asked for. The apartment location is in a very nice location, and easy walk to the Souk (about 15-20 mins). Loads of places nearby as well as a supermarket. There are some nice bars just downstairs from the location, The apartment we were in was quite spacious

Overall, we would have given a top review if we had stayed in the apartment that we actually booked. When we arrived, we were informed that the apartment we booked had some problems, and was therefore given an alternative apartment in the building. Whilst this was nice, as we then did not need to look for anything else, we found the apartment to be dated. Generally, it was clean however one of the showers overflowed, and did not seem as clean as expected. The kitchen equipment was also quite dated. The place could do we a freshen up and updating here and there. On the whole however, this did not spoil our stay and as I said Soufiane is very nice and accomodating

Superb

Excellent apartment with luxury furnishings and decoration, really amazing place. Location is perfect, in a high end zone of the Gueliz district, surounded by restaurants and cafes. 20 min walk from Djema el Fna. Soufiane was very kind and helpful from the first minute, trying to accommodate our last minute wishes, finding an extra bed, reacting quickly if anything was missing or defective... He is a truly great host.

Wifi was intermitent and slow very often.

The apartment is in perfect location, between the medina and the new center, so everything is in walking distance. The apartment is very nice - big, well organized, with separate bathroom for every unit. It was also perfectly clean. Soufiane was very nice and welcoming, helping with every question and need.

BROTHER SOUFIANE IS THE KEY TO YOUR GREAT STAY

BROTHER SOUFIANE IS THE BEST HOST AROUND He went out of his way each day. Anything we needed to ask about the property he was instant to reply. He even went out of his way and dropped us of to a nice Moroccan restaurant. He also organised our excursion. Book your stay before it goes. Location is perfect too. Everything you need from supermarket to restaurants is very close by.
