Secure feeling the whole time. Nice clean rental with roomy rooms and nice layout overall. Very easy to enter and exit. Comfortable beds, nive showers, great closet space. Close to everything.
The visitor process was clunky and uncomfortable. I had my brother with me (wanted to see what I was hyped about with the location and the amenities of the rental, unplanned) and the visitor process required too much. Like asking your parents for permission. The requirement to text the owner with a full name and then have him check and then the owner has to text the guard to then check the ID to then grant permission to allow someone in to visit? That did not impress me or a possible future renter. I could see if it were a few people and I booked for one, but just for me to have one visitor was a little intrusive and somewhat of an invasion of privacy in my opinion, whether it be a casual visit or otherwise. What if I couldn't get a hold of the owner at the time or if my phone did not work in that area? Have to smooth out the visitor policy.

I like the fact that the property is located in a gated area with strict security. The property back yard was a plus. It was clean and well kept. My son (age 2), enjoyed playing outside and I felt at ease knowing he was safe
I can’t think of anything that I didn’t like. The property is great value for money especially its location.

The hosts were super helpful, they responded to our requests promptly. The house is secure in a gated area with friendly security. The bedrooms and shower were sufficient, its located walking distance from the beach. A lovely property and thanks to the hosts for helping us have a wonderful stay and holiday.

I did not like the fact that the building manager offered to do a refund on my payments but after getting answering the phone once, he chose not only to respond to my emails, text messages or phone calls, but did not refund my money that he suggested.
