About this villa rental
This beautiful 3 bedroom 2.5 bath villa is located in the secure gated community of February Point Resort and has been recently refurbished to the highest standards with new flooring, new kitchen and stainless steel appliances. This villa is one of few in the development that boasts having a lovely white sandy beach right at its doorstep.
It features a covered patio with breathtaking views of Elizabeth Harbor and Stocking Island. The main level features a fully equipped kitchen, with an open living/dining room plan, a half bathroom and a brand new stackable washer and dryer. Absolutely beautiful location! We loved swimming in the backyard and at the pool only a few steps away. There was a 5 gallon jug that was under the sink that you could have filled at the water depot in town for 3. It was connected to the refrigerator so it was great for filling bottles and for cooking.

We really enjoyed the location, having the Rusty Anchor restaurant near by was a plus! Place was clean, well kept and had everything we needed, we’ll definitely be back!
