About this villa rental

Close to scuba diving, this beach villa brings it all within reach. Jump into your car and make short work of the 8-minute drive to Palm Bay Beach or the 11-minute drive to Jolly Hall Beach (and enjoy the property's convenient onsite parking in the meantime).

After you return, unwind in the garden or sip a drink on the balcony or patio, and don't forget about the sun loungers. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi and TV.

This 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom rental features a BBQ grill, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and concierge services. The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, and a dishwasher, as well as a coffee maker, a microwave, and cookware. And there's access to laundry facilities, so you can even pack a bit lighter.

We absolutely loved it here and can't wait to come back. Having the boat made it even better. We spent everyday exploring the islands and remote beaches. Property had great views and nice amenities. We couldn't have asked for more. Thanks Chris! and Jeneice!

We loved our stay in BB1, Chris the owner was very quick to respond to any emails, answered questions, and had great recommendation of things to do and see while on the island. The villa is very clean, secure gate, and beautiful location. The pool, restaurant, and beach are a short 5-10 minute walk away. We stayed as a group with 3 couples and 2 teenagers and no one felt like they were cramped or in each others way. Every room has its own bathroom plus a half bath downstairs by the kitchen. It is one place we would love to go back to the mattress in our room was the most comfortable mattress we have ever slept on and wanted to take it home. We really enjoyed the Bahamas and can't wait to go back. We want to stay at BB1 again! Also there is a view from every room and the outdoor wrap around deck is amazing.
