Genuinely a wonderful stay. The staff, namely Abdullah and the cleaners (unfortunately I never managed to get their names) were a huge part of why my stay was so enjoyable. They were willing to help in every single scenario and always had a smile on their faces
Unfortunately I faced issues with electricity and water, however it seems this was a regional issue and outside the control of the property. Had this not have happened the stay would have been even better

We loved everything about Serenity. The place is very beautiful and the staff is super helpful. They accommodated all our requests. Definitely, not our last visit.

• Stylish, elegant design and a very cozy, comfortable, peaceful atmosphere.
• Good location, very close to the airport and main Hurghada attractions.
• Spacious suite and appreciated the upgrade.
• Flexible and kids-friendly concept.
• Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Abdullah.
• Reception was always difficult to reach.
• The access street is very narrow and unpaved, making it difficult to enter and exit by car, often requiring you to reverse.
• Breakfast was included in the booking but was not provided unless we specifically requested it. When provided, it consisted of packaged groceries such as canned cheese and cold bread left in the fridge, rather than a proper freshly prepared breakfast. We had to prepare, cook, serve, and clean up ourselves (wasting almost one hour instead of 10 min).
• There is no beach at the property. You need to use private beaches nearby; the closest option, Beach No. 9, is about a 20-minute walk away and costs around EGP 300 per person in 2026.
• The swimming pool is quite small, suitable for a maximum of around 4 adults and 2 children.
