The kitchen is stocked and equipped for all meal prep. 3 spacious, beautifully decorated bedrooms and a convertible sofa/bed in the common area comfortably sleeps 8. All bedding linens and towels (bath and pool) are provided. Private vehicle entry with large, private parking. Plenty of room for recreational trailers. Close to beaches, golf, wine tasting, farmers' markets, hiking, cycling, surfing, SLO Airport, and Cal Poly. Pismo Beach is a five-minute drive. San Luis Obispo & Cal Poly is a 15-minute drive. Excellent wineries are minutes away. The Mediterranean-like weather in our area is almost always wonderful.

We enjoyed this property for a weekend. The guest house is modern with nice furnishings offering indoor/outdoor living. The yard is spacious with beautiful landscaping, and the pool is wonderful. We loved our visit and will be back again!

We enjoyed are stay. The property was well kept, maintained and clean, from the grounds to the bedrooms. House rules were reasonable and pool hours generous. And the location was perfect, everything was accessible, close to good restaurants and beaches. Also communication is important to me and it was easy with Whitney. It was a great holiday weekend.

We were looking for a place that was quiet for a family get together with dogs. This was a Ritz-Carlton experience from start to finish. Great location, peaceful, well equipped, immaculately clean and superb pool.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. Upon arrival there was a cute little sign welcoming us, the guest house was so clean. The kitchen had everything that we possibly needed. My kids absolutely loved the backyard, there was so much room for not just them to run around but our dogs enjoyed it as well. The kids also really loved the pool. Everything is in super close distance to the house, which is super convenient and the neighborhood is very quiet. We hope to visit again next summer.

Even though it’s a guesthouse, the places is very spacious. Clean and simple accommodations. Grounds are maintained beautifully to enjoy the pool. Be aware that the house requires entry through stairs and is split level.

We stayed her for a long weekend, looking to get away from the city and enjoy a different scenery. The guesthouse was perfect for our family + dog needs--clean, comfy beds, plenty of space indoors and outdoors, fully equipped and with nice amenities. Michael was also very responsive and thoughtful about our late night arrival, arranging to have extra lighting on the property so we'd have no problem getting in. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, comfy getaway!

This was the perfect retreat for my husband and two dogs and me. I was able to attend my conference, while the rest of the pack enjoyed the indoor/outdoor living. The property was very clean and comfortable. The guest house had all the amenities we needed, including access to the hot tub/pool, which was so nice after a long day. We appreciated all the personal touches inside and outside which made it feel as though we were truly on vacation. Most of all we appreciated how communicative Michael was before and after our stay! Arroyo Grande is a charming area to explore. Thanks so much for sharing your home.

Our family of 4 adults and 3 children (ages 7 months to 6) were blessed to have ended our Disneyland trip with a stay at this resort-like VRBO. The house was immaculate and accommodated all of us with space to spare. The pool and grounds were like a 5-star hotel, absolutely beautiful! What a gift to our family for making precious memories! So grateful for this little bit of paradise! We hope to come again in the future!

This rental was perfect for our family trip. The house and property were immaculate. The location was perfect for day trips to the beach, Cal Poly campus, golf, hikes, etc. And we enjoyed discovering downtown Arroyo Grande. So much to do in this area. We also had a great time staying in - playing board games, lawn games in the yard and relaxing by the pool. Grocery stores and restaurants are also very close. And the neighborhood is great for walking - love those hills! We would definitely stay here again.

This is a lovely piece of property with a huge lawn, beautiful landscaping and a lovely pool and hot tub located in the hills of Arroyo Grande. The rental guest house is very comfortable, clean and spacious. The glass doors open onto the patio making it easy to enjoy the outside setting and BBQ. Michael, the owner, was extremely responsive, but was also super respectful in terms of giving us privacy around the pool during our stay. We will definitely be returning for our next trip to San Luis Obispo.
