This was our 4th time staying at our favorite beach front condo, and it was another perfect vacation!! The owners have thought of everything for this condo and are so wonderful to work with with immediate responses to any questions or concerns. Everything you need for the beach is also there - from chairs, umbrella, to beach toys for the grand kids. The condo is literally on the beach with incredible views, a pool, and beautiful palm trees and landscaping, and is in a quiet part of Belleair Beach, but only 10 minutes to Clearwater. We are booking again for next year's Florida vacation!!!

This is our second Christmas staying in this condo. We also stayed in 2023! We loved it so much we came back. My parents even rented a different unit in Sonrisa as well! The view is incredible, we had perfect weather and loved our morning walks on the beach. Our host was responsive and helpful and we had everything we needed for our stay. If we decide FL is the place for us again next year we will definitely see if this unit is available again!

Absolutely amazing. View was fantastic. Everything you could possibly need to enjoy the beach was provided. Could have not been more pleased. Can't wait to go back next year. Thank you all and Godspeed

Everything about this condo was perfect - from the location, the beachside views, and all the amenities. The hosts have provided everything from a fully stocked kitchen to beach chairs and umbrellas, beach toys and a Pack and Play for the younger set, and even movies, books, games and information on anything you would like to know about the area! Beds were great, complex is quiet, and our hosts were wonderful about communication. We will be back!!!
