Peaceful, fairly private location with a lovely view. Condo was clean and comfortable. Some maintenance issues need attention. Perhaps management was not told from previous renters(?) -a dozen protruding nails on deck we hammered down, only wire clothes hangers, no seat cover on toilet in half bathroom, rusted fridge panel, cracked microwave handle, light bulb hanging by a wire from ceiling fan. We still enjoyed our stay and appreciate the use of the condo! Thank you, Karen &James

My wife and I needed a getaway and this place was perfect. Beautiful scenery off the deck overlooking the marina. The place was clean but if you are wondering why ‘only’ 4 stars on that and not 5, we are extremely particular and a perfect cleanliness score is about unheard of from us. So a 4 is very, very good on our scale! Southport is a very short and convenient drive. Rusty Hook restaurant is in the same marina an an awesome atmosphere with good food. Joseph’s Italian is right there as well but we never made it. Next time. Can’t go wrong by booking here and we are definitely going to return.

We have stayed twice at this property, i.e. in July and October, 2023. Absolutely love the condo and enjoy the view of the marina from the deck watching the boats come and go, Morning with coffee, and early evening having dinner and cocktails!! Two great restaurants steps away and short drive to the beaches nearby. Also a close drive to visit the beautiful town of Southport. This condo is such a wonderful place to unwind and relax!! Look forward to visiting multiple times again next year. Thank for your hospitality!!

We just enjoyed our 3rd stay at this property and will plan to go back again. The rental is always very clean and nicely appointed which is a priority for us. The location and views are lovely and it's very quiet which is important for a relaxing vacation. The owners are responsive and communicated proactively and we appreciate all they do to make the experience in their rental such a pleasure!

This place is so lovely and lived up to our expectations. It’s in a great location—very close to Southport’s center and Caswell Beach. The view from the balcony over the marina is not to be missed. It’s also within walking distance of two restaurants. The grocery store and other shopping are minutes away. It’s clean and comfortable and has everything you need. We had a wonderful time and hope to stay again!

My husband and I stayed there this week. First beach trip in 30 years with kids, and it was perfect. We ate breakfast every morning on the patio overlooking the marina. The condo had everything we needed. It was a short, five minute drive to the beach, but far enough to be away from tourists. We would recommend this spot for any couple. Thank you for a lovely week.

Really enjoyed our stay. My husband and I stayed here 3 nights. Everything was perfect. The view was awesome. The unit was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed the 2 restaurants within walking distance. We ate at the Rusty Hooks twice. Short drive to Southport. Will definitely stay here again.

This was our first time to stay in a condo overlooking a yacht harbor and we enjoyed it very much. This unit has a great deck for outside dining and to view the activities in the harbor. We walked next door to Joseph's for dinner and Rusty Hooks for lunch. It's also just a quick drive over the bridge to the beach. We'll definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay and could not ask for a better view! Such a quaint place and the owner’s scenic photos added such a personal touch. My only suggestion would be to include a couple of beach chairs:) We hope to visit again soon.

#1, Had to wait for about 1.5 hours to get the code to get in the condo. #2. No Kleenex...purchased a box. #3. The bed was so tall, my wife had to sleep on the living room sofa every night #.4. The door to the deck was almost impossible t o open. #5. The trim on the dresser in the bedroom was missing. #6. One chair around the dining room table was very wobbly. #7. Door to the half bath was locked.

We enjoyed our return trip to this special place. Even a few clouds did not take away from the view. The condo is clean, comfortable and equipped with all we needed for a relaxing getaway. Thanks Jennifer for the ease of check-in and out. We are already looking forward to a return trip.

Overall, we were highly pleased with our stay. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because I felt it could use a few updates and was lacking a washer and dryer. Otherwise, it was perfect! Beautiful view of the harbor and only about 10-15 minutes away from downtown Southport.

Was very clean and King size bed was really comfortable. A wonderful place to stay in Feb. Close to beaches and places to eat. Grocery stores, Walmart, and anything else you need is close by. Nice view of Marina on the deck. Felt very safe there.
