Friendly, welcoming, and helpful staff.
Excellent location: very close to the beach and within comfortable walking distance of the train/metro station.
A great perk was that they provided us with beach towels and an umbrella.
The shower holder was loose on the wall and kept falling down during our stay.
The hotel is starting to show its age and could benefit from some light renovation.

Nothing. It is a relatively basic hotel in a great location. Comfortable and clean.

The location is great. Beech front. Close to bars and restaurants. Close to shops. 20 minutes from Barcelona
The lift! It's very old and for one person only. Very small. If you have claustrophobia and mobility issues, this will be a challenge.
The rooms are basic. No tea and coffee making facilities. Bedding and towels are clean but smell stale and starchy so is off putting. Room s could do with a proper airing. Walls are thin so you can heat everything. People talking, the TV etc. some lights did not work. Parking is difficult to find and very tight to get into
