bon séjour malgré tout

Superb

Great hotel in a good location 5 minn walk to the main lift. Restaurants and shop over the road. Excellent breakfast.

Dinner is expensive (£20) if you don't book it with the room.

Beautiful views close to the slopes.

It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We had a top floor room with a balcony and a beautiful view.

The wifi wasn’t very good.

Good value

We were upgraded to a large triple room. Heating system worked well. Easy to adjust the radiators. Hot powerful shower. The staff were particularly good, friendly, helpful and efficient.

Good selection of food on the buffet and plenty of healthy options. but the hot food was never really hot. Even the eggs that came straight off the cooker were only warm. The soup fortunately was hot in a separate container. Maybe that wouldn't bother some people.

Exceptional

Ideal location, very close to ski lifts and restaurants. There is a large multi-level parking nearby, but it is not very easy to get in and out there if you are driving a large car. We also really liked the friendly and professional staff. Very wonderful breakfasts and dinners at a good price. Also a good daily cleaning. Excellent bar on the ground floor and sauna on the fifth

The renovation in the rooms that has not been updated for a long time, the beds on wheels and the rooms did not quite match the photos on Booking.com

Would not recommend

The room was clean and the location is good

Way overpriced and huge disparities between room rates. Our room neighbours paid £100 less than us for the same room/same night which doesn't seem fair... The hotel is advertised as a spa centre however we were asked to pay £10 pp to use the hot tub. I found out later it's hidden somewhere in the small prints. The hotel made me pay the city tax twice as I realised later it was already included in the booking. com prices.

A perfect hotel for a fantastic trip. Beyond expectations.

Excellent selection of breakfast and dinner meals. Fantastic location. George the magician was a particilar highlight of the hotel he took the time to sit and entertain us for a really long time. Best magician we have seen! And the spa was great

Fantastic we will be back!

The perfect hotel to relax and unwind after a day's skiing. The bar facilities were great for a group of people to relax and socialise without having to go out and spend lots on partying. George the magician was fantastic! See him if you can!

Everything was perfect as always, staff really nice, food was lovely, just a few steps away from the slopes and a beautiful view from thw window. Thanks a million!!

Stayed twice already and would be back again :)

clean, close to slopes, good bar area with a pool table.

food was great however they need to label their food so you know what it is especially regarding if it’s vegetarian/vegan or not, this savings having to ask the staff every morning and evening! Also more healthier breakfast options/ vegetarian/vegan options as a whole.

I had extremely noisy neighours/ group of lads that were moving the furniture around most nights at 3-4am when that was coming in after a night out…. as I came to this resort to snowboard everyday early this made me tired for a few days because I was being woken up….

Spa is only allowed (at a cost) if you wear flip flops...but they don't make it available to guests... even disposable ones... in a 4* hotel... c'mon

Best Hotel in Pas de la Casa

This hotel is close to the main lifts, bars, shops and restaurants... staff are friendly and helpful. I have stayed at the Magic a few times and it's always my preferred choice of hotel in Pas
