Location, staff, great selection for breakfast.
Our room had a balcony the view was great!
Bath was not draining, general cleanness of the room.
Parking is only possible to compact cars as anything bigger you are not able to do turns.
The door is light, so you could hear anyone around your room.

Proximity to the ski slopes
I was only there for one night and the check in was at 15:00 and check out at 11am. I was also unable to visit the spa / sauna / hot tub as it closed at 8pm and was not open until much later in the day.

Clean and tidy good location
Only thing , need more hangers on the wall to hang you ski coats and bottoms on ect , there was only 2 need at least 6

Swimming pool was good
Parking too tight for a normal car if you need to use the -1 parking.
No nearby parking alternative.
Far to walk from town centre as quite high up the road.
Food very basic, not great and very little variety on both breakfast and dinner. Staff not very friendly.
