Decent, but the spa needs work!

Rooms were ok.

Rooms on the road were noisy and I would expect us to be on the other side given we paid for a mountain view. The spa, unfortunately is really quite bad as it's crazy hot everywhere which would be fine BUT... there is no cold shower / cold water or drinking water. They are missing something really important..

Super location, otherwise below average

The location was good, 2 min from the slopes and after ski.

We had a room without windows and no proper air system, so avoid booking the rooms without a window if possible. Someone had smoked previously in our room and the decorating pillows smelled because of that, they were then used on the sheets and pillows after daily cleaning and the whole bed smelled like an ashtray. The spa is good enough after a long day at the slopes but the water in the pool and jacuzzi is hot, not warm, more like something is broken as the water was super hot

an adequate ski hotel for families

good location large rooms pool and sauna though small were clean

ski lockers inadequate/ broken no room for parking, only a couple of places all other parking is a long trek down into the town and very expensive whirlpool broken

Beautiful location and staff

Staff really friendly, breakfast was flawless. The bar tender Alex is a joy.

Sometimes the shower ran very hot and then very cold.

Don’t.

During our stay a member of staff left an unauthorised, drunk and abusive individual into our room in the middle of the night. Management failed to confirm with the individual if this was their room and willing opened the door to them. Management have failed to reach out to us after the incident and have failed to follow up with us since in the incident. The individual was drunk and aggressive and reception ended up calling the police to remove the individual from the premises. Unless you like unwanted, aggressive individuals in your room I wouldn’t recommend.

Would stay here again.

Nice clean rooms with great beds. Breakfast was really good. Bar area is great in the evening.

Pool area is not great - might be ok for little children… but toooo busy for teens and nowhere to sit for adults. Wish the sofa’s in the bar area was accessible during the day… I didn’t ski and would have liked to read my book here.

The location

They were understaffed. Very bad service, very poor breakfast and the spa it is small and they have a capacity of 35 persons. The water of the pool is not hot and was not clean.

Disappointing

Kitchen staff. Helpful and attentive. We are appreciated to receptionist Victoria for being kind and helpful on a lot of matters. Swimming pool

Bed covers were dirty. There were no room service personnel to change it in the evening. So, receptionist were changing and we felt insecure about that. Hotel switching off the heating system at night and my child catched a cold during the night. No parking

Nice view, comfortable and near ski

The location is beautiful, very near the ski park entrance, also there are many restaurants and bars in the area. The breakfast was also nice and tasty

Warm, cosy hotel with extra friendly staff, a pool and home made food.

perfect location, just a short walk from the lifts. it’s a cosy, clean hotel, with home made food.

we had a lovely view of the mountains, thanks to super friendly staff, who went the extra mile for us. A part of the hotel at the back is facing the wall, so some rooms have hardly any light.

Breakfast was amazing. Nice cozy swimming pool. Staff was friendly and helpful

Windows of room to an indoor patio. If we ever opened the windows and speak in a normal tone someone from other room would complain. No parking available or full, had to park very far away and was pricey.

Disappointing

Bar area very nice.

Unexpected extra charges due to hotel taking unauthorised payment with wrong credit card from booking.com due to selecting an upgrade offered by booking.com. We actually upgraded to a mountain view room and could only see the peak of a mountain through a gap between buildings. Very poor. The Hotel manager acted unprofessionally and walked past me completely ignoring me when I asked to see him. As a paying customer it was a very unpleasant and shocking experience to be ignored in such a blatant & arrogant manner. Breakfast selection ok but omelette chef didn’t seem to understand the difference between an omelette and scrambled eggs!
