Une équipe très conviviale et à disposition. Des chambres nickel , et au calme . Le bacon et le pain cuit au feu de bois , dans la cheminée une excellente idée , pour un petit déjeuner 👍

We often stay in Pas de la Casa and I would happily return to Les Truites.

Comfortable small hotel with very helpful, friendly staff. Excellent breakfast, with bacon cooked on an open fire.

Breakfast was amazing in the hotel, and every day a buffet was provided and later on they offer tailor made additional options to choose from.

If someone is too laud in the rooms next door you can hear them. Although usually doesn't happen as people go there in winter mostly to ski and go to sleep relatively early.

Wonderful weekend and well looked after by the family; thanks to Josep

There was an excellent breakfast with a good variety of fresh fruit and the usual cheese, meats and pastries. A nice touch was the bacon and toast cooked on an open fire. Fresh coffee to order. My questions by email were answered promptly.

No parking facility, but it wasn’t a massive problem

Location excellent for us, the hotel is in a good location for shopping and access to ski lift. The hotels restauant La Famillia was very good.

absolutely lovely hotel, hosts and town.

One of the best hotels we have stayed at. very clean, quiet, and welcoming. excellent breakfast. Joseph (Jr & Sr) were outstanding hosts. super friendly and helpful without ever being intrusive. An absolute bargain for the reasonable price.

Hearing the doors open and close especially late at night after 11. Noises coming from the street till at 2 am didn't help with sleeping.

Incredible hospitality, excellent location and all round great stay. Couldn't thank the team enough.

Breakfast was incredible, fresh bacon roasted on the fire every morning. Also catered amazingly well for Gluten Free with special bread, cereal and lots of other delicious options.

Perfect location, friendly staff, would stay again.

- It is a 5 minutes walk from Grandvalira Pas de la Casa ski lifts. You do not need others as you can ski to any place in Grandvalira from there. - Hotel does not have its own parking space, but multilevel parking with a lot of space is close enough and not as expensive as parking on the street. (Entrance to the parking lot from the 6th floor and if there are no places, then go down to the 5th floor, it seems no one knows that the parking lot is multi-level) - Most of the personnel does not speak English, but they do their best and can solve any problem or answer any questions, for example showing where to park and where to eat on the map. - There are extra blankets in the room in case it gets cold at night. - Everyday cleaning was really good. - Everyone is friendly and welcoming.

- Soundproof is good but not perfect. Couple of times I have woken up because of drunk people arguing on the street. You can hear people in other rooms in the morning, especially if they walk in ski shoes. - After a towel change I have found one long white hair on a new towel. (Both of us have dark hair) - Breakfast is good but lack of warm options. We stayed for 7 nights and I think I will not want eating bacon for a month.

We felt at home

We loved this hotel and, above all, the amazing service. We felt at home since the first day. The family who runs it are incredibly kind and caring, making you feel so welcome. Super comfortable room, with all the facilities needed, great view, amazing breakfast with firepit-made toasts and bacon! Great wi-fi, treats on the room, excellent bed and shower. They helped us with information, tips, and treated us like family. Much better than many expensive hotels - absolutely a place to come back and the kind of experience that goes beyond any expectation.

Short but sweet!

Sadly we only got to stay a night because of the Covid-19 closure but the vote was perfectly placed, wonderful family-rub atmosphere and fab breakfast personally cooked on an open fire by the owner. We’ll be back to finish our stay next year!!

Family hotel with excellent location and breakfast!

We can highly recommend this family run hotel which has a very nice atmosphere and after a week we almost felt like we were visiting friends. The breakfast is excellent with a lot of variety and the bacon is cooked in the open fire which is a nice detail. The cleaning is the best we’ve ever had in a hotel. We can also recommend to ask José for restaurant tips, they all turned out very well. Note! They can organise ski hire, lift pass and ski school at a discounted price with grandvalira so if interested contact them after booking and they’ll fix it all for you and you pay it at checkout together with the room.
