Everything, the hotel is absolutely beautiful. We were celebrating our honeymoon and they left us a beautiful gift in our room and letter. It was really special and we really enjoyed our stay. We will be back :)

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, which points to great leadership from the Hotel Director. Bravo! The gym was also very well equipped and the beach pool areas were clean and very well managed.
Our biggest disappointment was the food. It seemed all the kitchens used the cheapest base ingredients, so nothing had any flavour, nothing was seasoned, both surprising since you are in Italy. We ate in Eden Roc and at the cafe around the pool, both were really terrible unfortunately. For a 5* star, this is simply not acceptable.
Our room was refurbished, so no complaints there. However the bathroom was old and dated and the painted wood was splitting and completely chipped or even broken away. it would not cost a lot of money to fix small details like this. Again, for a 5* star, this is simply not acceptable.

Beautiful room in a beautiful location. We stayed in one of a classic suites
I don't expect to pay £1300 a night to be kept awake by the hotel bar playing live pop music till 11:30pm directly below our balcony.
