The staff have always been fantastic. Have stayed here a couole of times and I have no complaint to make, the rooms are good value for your money. The service is great, you can always rely on assistance when you need it. Would definitely recommend.

Some of the guest not cleaning up after themselves, though it is self service guest facility.

The facilities are fine, the two-to-a-room setup with the desk under the bed is perfect for digital nomads. The rooftop bar is nice to sunset and socializing. The location is not too far from the center, and there's a gas station within 5 minutes for quick stuff, and a supermarket within 15 minutes for more variety. The receptionists are nice and accommodating. Laundry service is offered and is quite affordable, with same-day turnaround. 24-hour gate guard makes you feel safe.

This is NOT a backpackers, and therefore attracts workers, not travellers. I stayed in February and this place seemed to attract the WORST guests, and the staff do not enforce any kind of rules (other than the no alcohol from outside). People are loud late into the evening and loud very early in the morning. If you stay on the first floor, you are not going to get very restful sleep. The bar is also open to outside guests who share the toilets with the guests, which is not cool, especially when you're trying to shower and 5 guys walk in the bathroom making ruckus. The rooms get very hot and there's no fan. My roommate took his mattress off the top bunk and placed it on the floor when he went to sleep. The wifi downloads are great in the rooms, but the upload speeds are abysmal. The wifi doesn't work at all upstairs at the bar. If you are a backpacker or solo traveler looking for socializing, this is NOT the place. Again, the clientele is mostly workers who play loud music, spend all day on their phones at max volume, and generally make a lot of noise. I read some other reviews who complained there was no one at the place when they were there and I envy them.
