About this bed and breakfast
Situated in half an acre of land with beautiful countryside views the property has secluded grounds with it's own heated swimming pool (April to November). Each of the Four king sized beds each have their own ensuite bathroom and shower. There is a large kitchen/diner, large living room and conservatory. It's a 7 minute drive to Battle town centre. 20 minute walk to local pub and restaurant. 15 minute drive to Hastings. An organic vineyard which offers tours and tastings is a 15 minute walk.

A wonderful property for an adult family get together. The pool was very welcoming and warm, the house is even nicer than the photos and extremely thoughtfully appointed. We would highly recommend to anyone wanting to be near the coast, Hastings or other inland tourist attractions. A great find!

Wonderful stay. Weather helped enable us to make most of facilities in particular the pool! Managed a 10 km walk from residence taking in local woodland with a few cold drinks at the Queens Head in Seddlescombe, then onto Seddlescombe Organic Vineyard , fortunate to spot two herds of deer . If up early look out for the bunnies on the lawn ! Also visited Hastings parked at Priory shopping centre as other car parks already full and successfully completed on line Treasure hunt quiz of the Old Town. Superb stay very lucky with the weather! I would recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. Great to have all ensuite facilities. Good kitchen and dining area. Lovely garden and views. Enjoyed the swimming pool. Good communication before stay and during.We will definitely stay again.

The property is beautifully decorated and the accommodation is excellent. Each bedroom has an ensuite and there is a very spacious comfortable lounge, well equipped kitchen and a delightful sunroom. There were nice grounds and a lovely pool. It is also a very good location for visiting the coast and exploring the local towns and villages, of which there are many historic and interesting places to go.
