Have stayed on many occasions. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good value.
Over the bath shower a bit difficult to negotiate if you are older or less able..no rails and hard to turn water off.

The staff were friendly and kind. They couldn't do enough. I was good to see reception staff helping out in other areas that were busy.
Breakfast was good. a good variety on offer.
Location was good with a pond adjacent. good to walk morning and evening.
Location has great transport links for getting around the sites of Glasgow.

The breakfast was good. I especially enjoyed the French cheese, watermelon, and melon. The room was a very good size, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.
The bathroom was the only thing I had a small issue with, especially the faucet in the bathtub. On the first day, I ran the water to take a bath but could not turn it off properly. A very kind young staff member came up from downstairs and helped me turn it off. After that, I learned to turn the faucet only slightly, so it was not really a problem for the rest of my stay. There was nothing else I disliked. The bed was very comfortable, the windows were large, and I really appreciated that when I requested a room on a higher floor, the staff kindly accommodated my request.

Easy to check in, bed very comfortable, water hot, good quantities for breakfast.
We were surprised to find that parking is an additional charge - that's quite unusual. Especially since the room itself was definitely not cheap. The fittings in the bathroom were very worn - which wouldn't have been a problem, but as the dial was missing and the tap markings illegible, it took a dozen attempts to work out how to use the shower! Breakfast didn't have the widest of choices - in particular, I was looking for non-dairy options - but then again I didn't have time to ask!
