Lovely room, clean & the bus stop almost directly opposite was brilliant
Staff were so helpful & extremely courteous - our room was on second floor and they took our bags up for us & brought back down when we checking out

The room was comfortable, cosy and quiet. Close enough to the centre but still offered a quiet space to relax after a long day. Everything I needed for my short 2 night stay.

The staff are very welcoming; our room was clean and very quiet. The B&B is close to restaurants & cafés in the area and within walking distance to the city centre. We enjoyed our stay at Fraoch House and highly recommend it.
