The hotel is ideally situated for visiting La Rochelle. Its very central. The staff are fabulous - very informative about places to see and things to do. The room is small but the bed was very comfortable. Hotel de Paris is in an ideal position, its very central but also very quiet at night.
I would have liked a kettle in the room, but that is only my own preference. There was tea available in the lobby. There is also no AC but we were advised of this before arrival.

Fantastic location with super friendly and helpful staff. The actual room was very basic, but so comfortable that we overslept! Luckily the team were very patient as we packed-up. Recommend for a quick visit.

The location was ideal. Staff were helpful and friendly.
The rooms are dated. Hard to carry luggage up to the top floor rooms as staircases are narrow and wonky.
