Good choice

Large room, balcony and bathtub. Easy to find and close to train and near beachfront. Very comfortable for a chain hotel. Good choice.

Grande déception

L’emplacement

Le personnel est désagréable. En arrivant l’accueil était hyper froid par une dame d’origine africaine. Elle était énervée parce que elle était en train de manger et nous sommes arrivés a ce moment-là. Ce n’est pas normal d’accueillir les clients de cette manière. Embaucher plus de personnel s’il vous faut. Pour l’info le client ne doit pas se sentir pas bienvenue et surtout très mal accueilli. C’est vraiment décevant et pas à la hauteur pour un hôtel de la chaine BestWestern. Le ménage est médiocre, juste faire le lit ce n’est pas faire du ménage. Les serviettes sont froissées et on se pose des questions si elles étaient vraiment changées.

Excellent rapport qualité prix

Idéalement situé a deux minutes a pied de la plage. Rapport qualité prix imbattable Literie confortable et chambre propre. Parking non inclus dans le prix mais très facile de stationner dans la rue (gratuit le week end).

Un hôtel à recommander

L'ensemble m'a totalement satisfait. L'accueil et l'amabilité du personnel, la propreté et l'équipement de la chambre. L'emplacement est idéal Le buffet du petit déjeuner est bon et particulièrement les oeufs brouillés

Il est toujours délicat d'enjamber, pour sortir de la douche,, une baignoire haute . Un robinet thermostatique serait le bienvenu

Bedroom and bathroom fine, apearance of reception dirty but amazing staff

The property was fine, the room was great and it was clean and confortable. Everything at your doorstep, very central.

I think the reception area needs some cleaning same goes for the sofa and seat cushions. They were old and dirty. Shame as the rest was fine

Decent hotel in a convenient location

Good location, very close to the train station as well as the beach. Also a big supermarket just 3 minutes by foot. Big balcony for a 3-star hotel complete with table and 2 chairs, perfect for having breakfast.

Unless you're strictly into laying on the beach, Juan les Pins is not as nice a place to stay as Antibes proper.

Superb

Great location. Close to train station, beach and restaurants. Very helpful staff especially Severine at the front desk.

Space for only 10 cars for parking. Parking on street or nearby car park. Room rather small

You can find much better hotels in Juan les Pines.

Location

This is what is commonly known in the UK as ‘a dump’. Stained carpets, cheap plastic furniture and the most awful smell from the drains permeated throughout the hotel. We had a twin bedded room on the street side that was the size of a broom cupboard. The noise was unbelievable from the traffic and people. The whole hotel needs an upgrade . This is not worthy of 3 stars, not even 2. The saving grace of the hotel were the staff who were very amenable and should maybe move to The Carlton!

Central budget-friendly 3-star hotel

The central location of the property, very close to the beach, center of Juan-Les-Pins and the railway station. The possibility of the parking for the reasonable price (15€/day). The green policy of the hotel (lower use of plastic). The balcony in the room.

The room was a little bit on a small side, but it is quite common in France. Little bit outdated furniture, carpet in the room. Quite uncomfortable bed (very hard).

Superb

Clean nice near trainstation shops beach. Nice balcony with climpse of sea and a coffee machine so that I could sit on the balcony and enjoy a cup of coffee. Exactly what I was looking for. Nice bathroom with bath tub

Disappointing

the hotel was good, personnel was nice and friendly, the room with the balcony was pleasant too. Everything was OK about the hotel itself.

However, I will put a lower grade because I asked for collaboration and my request was ignored by the management. I had a prepaid booking for 2 nights and breakfast, due to my flight delay I couldn't come in time and stayed eventually 1 night out of 2. I asked the receptionist if they can consider any collaboration or reimbursing 1 night or propose any other solution for that. The receptionist assured the management will review my request and get back to me. I sent several emails with reminder at [email protected] and no one ever got back to me. Ignoring is obviously disappointing.

The rooms were very clean

The property looked old and just generally really sad. We had booked a stay for six days, so the overall amount was not cheap and it frankly felt like a waste of money.

The receptionist was very helpful.

I didn't stay as the air-conditioning wasn't switched on until the day before I was supposed to leave.

Great holiday

Friendly staff , great location, railway station 2 minutes away for getting around, close to beach and great restaurants. Couldn't fault it. A great breakfast every morning with everything you want. Thank you Astoria.

A good well priced choice

Comfortable hotel close to the seafront and convenient for station. Staff very welcoming. Room comfortable. Excellent value.

Breakfast was very average.
