Clean and comfortable. Very pleasant staff on hand to give advice. Good bar. A short Uber ride to the Port.
Externally very untidy and lots of rubbish left about so didn’t give a good first impression.

Staff is excellent
Breakfast is great
Location but it’s the issue with transportation stoping service early. If you do not need to stay late in other cities or hard transport or use uber taxi, no issue at all.

Pam, the receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly.
some staff didn’t even smile and we felt very unwelcomed. Being a hotel, it’s beneficial if staff spoke a bit of English. Some didn’t which made communication difficult.
Bed was comfy
Bathroom was too small and had mould in the shower
Very limited hanging space for cloths. Some hanging hooks on the wall were broken
