Very nice!

Newly renovated apartment, fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, etc. Good location far enough from a busy street not to hear the traffic, walking distance to the beach.

Comfy condo close to the beach

This is a former hotel which became apartment building at one point, and is now being transformed back into an aparthotel. 50% aparthotel, 50% residential condos. Each unit is different. Our unit was beautifully renovated this summer, hence brand new. Very comfortable beds including the pull out sofa bed which had a hotel grade mattress. Kitchen fully equipped. Good A/C. Nice balcony overlooking the swimming pool. 15 min walk to the beach. Very friendly property manager.

There was a bit of musty smell from the bathroom plumbing but the A/C helped keep the smell away.

Simple and clean with excellent staff.

Simple and clean, easy journey into Cannes by taxi or by bus if not leaving too early

Wi-Fi patchy but being sorted out. We all have 4G so not really a problem.

Very nice place for families. We would like to come back and stay longer.

Nice quiet location and a very nice pool. The sea and the beaches are close by. There are many restaurants and patisserie and a shop also pretty close.

Wifi was hectic and it was quite hard to find the place firsthand.

Great stay for a family

The appartment was well equiped with everything we needed- airconditioner, kitchinette with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, even a small dishwasher... the swimming pool was well maintained and the staff was very welcoming. The location is great, quiet and secure with supermarkers and nice places to eat and the nearby beach was great too.

lack of facilities e.g. poolside toilets, changing. the list of activities provided by Booking are a little exaggerated E.g. no snorkelling equipment to rent/borrow.

Great location for exploring the Azure region. Quiet and beautiful garden with swimming pool.

Excellent location for exploring the region. Secure, private, quiet garden with swimming pool and free parking. Equiped apartment with terrace. Serge is very welcoming and polite and quick to respond to all eventual questions and needs.

Super clean and simple flat for long or short stays.

Exterior corridors (giving access to the apartments) could have some better lighting, it was difficult to see where I was walking when coming home at night.

Great location but way too expensive for what you get

Serge was a great host. He did everything he could to do our stay (more) pleasant and gave us tips. The location is great. Close to the beach, bakery and grocery store 5min walk. Many restaurants nearby. It was great to have the possibility to use a washing machine. It was also great to order bread/croissants for breakfast (even one day the order was mixed up a little). We stayed with a 2year old kid and got a baby bed for free. There is a pool that we used only once (strong chlorine smell and some guests didn't behave properly)

Even the location is great the rooms are never worth 150€/night. The rooms are worn-out (the pictures speak for themselves) and it had not been particular clean. The bedroom had no AC, only the living room (nobody knows why not vice versa). In front of our apartment on the ground floor there was a small "garden" that was more like dirt than anything else. In general, all looked like there has not been much renewed in the last 5-10 years.
