Absolutely lovely people running this hotel. Everyone was friendly and had time to chat. Very clean rooms and excellent home-made breakfasts. We have stayed there three times now and have always received a really warm welcome. It is also in a very good location - within the old city walls, close to some really good restaurants (including some in the Michelin guide), the cathedral and the quay.
