Facilities, overall cleanliness and friendliness of staff
The room was dark and had to have light on during the day, lack of full length mirror and nowhere to hang wet towel and robes in bathroom or bedroom.

Restaurant was exceptional.
No Digital TV. Why not Netflix or YouTube.

Lovely decore. Spacious rooms . Bar area lovely.
Lovely pool and various spa areas
Unfriendly bar team.
Checkin was average but felt they didnt tell you a lot about place. Seemed a bit basic.
Jacuzzi was tough get working, seemed like a home jacuzzi.
Gym was tiny and no free weights.
