Absolutely loved this place. We had a large group of 10 and they had enough of everything (towels, paper goods, dinnerware) to accommodate all of us. It’s a super quick walk to the beach area where they are set up with all the chairs, floaties, paddle boards, etc that you could want. Alphanso went above and beyond to make sure our group felt right at home. Definitely make sure to ask him for dinner recommendations! Would love to stay at Boggy Sands again!

This was the best vacation we’ve had and we have been to every Caribbean island! The beach is a very short pleasant walk. There were mosquitos two of our eight days after rainfall. Bring bug spray in case that happens. The house has toilet paper, paper towels, dish pods, laundry pods- you have nothing to worry about stocking- it’s all there! The beach is stunning and warm and practically deserted which is amazing. There was ten of us and the condo was perfect. The appliances are all super nice as are the linens, pillows, etc. Alfonso, the property manager, is super attentive and an overall amazing human being. My favorite thing was NO bugs in the house. None. My 9 year old left crackers on the counter- no ants. No roaches. No nothing. I’m so afraid of bugs but I never saw one on or near our property. Hallelujah. The screened in back porch is awesome. There’s a few restaurants, Dairy Queen, the liquor store and grocery store all in short walking distance. I loved this property and hope to return 100%. If you get the chance, do a tour of stingray alley and starfish point. We booked a private charter with Robert Sotos company and it was perfect. These two experiences were once in a lifetime. Sting rays swarming like sea gulls do on the beach trying to get a snack from you! It was bizarre and so fascinating. Drink a fresh coconut. Eat at a beach restaurant. Everywhere feels safe and everyone is friendly. Just go. It’s unforgettable.

We have a family of 9, from 18 months old, 3 years old, 5 years old, parents in their 30's and 70 year olds. Everyone had an excellent time at Boggy Sands! From the first contact with our Host, Morne, I knew we were in good hands. He, Alfanso and Ruaneik were in communication with us everyday, checking on what we needed and being on site and available. The condo was spotless, modern, so well equipped and close to Foster's Grocery Store and Heritage Kitchen. The walk to the Boggy Sands Beach Club was short and in a quiet, nice neighborhood, with flowers, birds and lizards on the way. The best part of the Beach club was the floating trampoline and attached rafts. Then there were the beach lounges with umbrellas, the paddle boards and boogie boards for the kids. There is a reef to snorkel just out from the beach and Cemetery Beach was within walking distance. The rooftop was special for sunrise and sunset too. Alfanso recommended an excellent, local photographer for a family photo session on the beach. There is not a better place to see Cayman and enjoy all that it was to offer than at Boggy Sands.

This was our second stay at Boggy Sands Club, after first visiting in 2024 and it was even better the second time around! The property is truly wonderful, which is why we chose to come back for a longer visit. The condos are spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you need.The beach access is unbeatable, with stunning views and easy entry to Seven Mile Beach. We especially loved the wide range of water toys available it made our beach days even more fun. The pool area is also beautifully maintained and perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun.The staff is exceptional. Special shoutout to Alfanso for everything he and his team did to make our stay so enjoyable.We’re already looking forward to planning our third visit!
