At night you can hear the waves breaking on Boggy Sand Beach, the most secluded part of Seven Mile Beach. Spacious with open plan kitchen, dining area and living room leading onto a very large balcony. - The Master bedroom has a Full Bathroom with Rain Shower and stand-alone bathtub. - 2nd Bedroom with a luxurious King bed and en-suite. - 3rd Bedroom is set up with 2 Twin Beds (or 1 KING) and en-suite. - 4th Bedroom, BUNK ROOM 2 Full Beds and 2 twins with bathroom in Hall. Boggy Sands condos were perfect for our family of 7. There was plenty or room for all of us and the kitchen was well stocked. The beach area was terrific-loved all the amenities. We used the paddle boards every day. Any request we had was taken care of immediately but the friendly staff. We used the public transportation daily and found it very easy to use. The bus driver and locals we met along our ride were so very friendly. It was an awesome family vacation.

The condo is stunning and clean and very well designed. It was close to a bunch of bars and restaurants and their beach was perfect. There is also a grocery store and liquor store right around the corner. We will absolutely be back and we will absolutely recommend it to anyone who asks. Boom this place and don’t look back!

This was our 15th time back on the island and it was absolutely perfect- beautiful property, very spacious and private! Our favorite moments were at the well-serviced beach with Alfonso. We rarely used our rental car because grocery and dining was next door! We even ordered pizza in one night. We are already planning another trip.

After a full week at Boggy Sands in another unit, it appeared that Grand Cayman did not want us to leave as our departing flight was cancelled. Unfortunately, this happened during Pirate Week and the airline had no access to hotel rooms. A quick email to the team at Boggy Sands and we were set with a place to lay our heads. As stressful as it was trying to rebook, the team calmed the entire situation and even urged us to stay longer (they will never know how close we were) This review would have been 20 stars out of 10 even before our hiccup at departure but the service, kindness and communication provided to us during this stressful time catapulted this property and their team above any other. This unit mirrored all the bells and whistles of our original unit! Every detail has been meticulously considered to provide maximum comfort. Very modern yet cozy, stunning décor, and spotlessly clean, this condo had ample space to accommodate everyone comfortably. The dream kitchen is stocked with everything and more-juicers, mixers, coffeemaker and tea kettle, barware, high-end appliances with gorgeous pots and pans in every imaginable size! Washer/dryer right in the unit was a huge perk Wi-fi, central air (with controls in common areas and each bedroom), a safe, a cell phone provided for local calls and plenty of closet space/hangers with hair dryers in each bathroom–every detail has been considered! Fluffy towels for inside use and ample larger beach towels for outside–we were never looking for anything! Beds are super comfy with high thread count sheets and plenty of pillows. A FULLY screened porch made a perfect space for morning coffee while access to the roof deck allowed for nightly cocktails to toast the gorgeous sunset over the water. The location itself is superb! At the tail end of Seven Mile Beach in West Bay, the property is quiet and serene. The pool area is well maintained with loungers, hammocks, pool toys and gas grills available for communal use. Grocery store and liquor store only a short walk away, with wagons provided to make transport to and from easy and painless! The private beach is about 100 feet from any condo and the adorable Boggy Sands Bus is stocked with anything you might want at the beach–loungers, umbrellas, floaties, life jackets, paddle boards, kayaks etc. Everything matched the description precisely. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property and on how well we were taken care of while staying.

This was our first time to Cayman, Boggy Sands was the perfect spot and condo. Everything matched the description exactly and probably the best communication from the property management team that I have experienced. The beach is a short walk with a private area from the condos and every beach toy you can think of. We love the quiet location, while still being a short drive to the tourist spots. There is also a grocery store a few restaurants in walking distance. When our travels bring us back to Cayman, we will definitely be at Boggy Sands.

We loved staying at Boggy Sands. The house was immaculate, clean nice furnishings and a well stocked kitchen. The beds rooms slept the whole family comfortably. Great pool and beautiful beach area with plenty of chairs, paddle boards, floaties, etc to enjoy the warm water. Turtles were right off the beach every day and the reef just down the beach was great snorkeling! We were well taken care of while staying here and hope to come back soon!
