Spectacular, large sun-filled modern beach house perched on dune directly on private Cape Cod Bay beach. Breathtaking sunset views over tip of Cape and Provincetown. Seven bedrooms, five full baths (2 with tub/showers/3 with showers), each with amazing water views. Sleeps 17. Three separate bedroom areas on different levels separated by great room, foyer, family room, dining room, and gourmet kitchen. Two shower rooms are easily accessed on path to/from beach. Huge main deck with 6 lounge chairs, outdoor easy chairs and sofa plus round teak deck table/umbrella that seats 11-12. Perfect for entertaining and family getaways. Very private. Stairs to private beach. Great swimming, walking, running and boating. Minutes to several Ocean beaches, biking paths, bird watching reserves, tennis courts, golf ranges, shops, restaurants. Enjoy beautiful National Seashore Park. House is on the route the Pilgrims first hiked and helped themselves to Indian corn on what is now Corn Hill.

The cleaners did not know we were arriving and had not cleaned the place in over a month. We had to do laundry the first night before we could even use all the beds. Not enought clean towels, and basically no kitchen supplies at all. Also the entry code on VRBOs instructions is wrong so we were locked out in the dark for a while on a cold rainy night. Had to clean the floors ourselves before we could enjoy the common areas. And the host is not even offering to refund the cleaning fee. Other than that it was great.
