Excellent central hotel with underground parking - very swish reception and lovely rooms - a very short walk to the centre of this beautiful place
unpleasant experience in the hotel bar - my wife checked the drinks menu and ordered two drinks and when we came to pay they cost more than double the listed price - we were told it was an 'error' on the menu. Despite complaining about it nothing was done and we had to pay... soured what was otherwise an excellent stay at a lovely hotel

this was an emergency booking after our car broke down on the motorway.
the young man on reception was very kindly to us and let us check in early,
the room was very comfortable and spacious.
the bathroom was huge , with both a bath and separate shower.
a convenient location, just across the road from the old town area.
air conditioning and a fridge would have been appreciated

The hotel is very well maintained and clean.
There was no coffee or kettle in the room, even though these are usually provided in lower-star hotels. Additionally, I had requested a cot in advance, but it was not in the room upon arrival. I had to go back down to the reception to ask for it.
