The staff was very helpful and allowed me a late checkout with no charge. Nice breakfast.
It’s a bit too far away from the center of town. The Economy rooms are very uncomfortable - small, noisy, not a 4 star hotel by any means. For more money, I was able to move to a Comfort room after one night, where the space is much better, but you can smell people smoking in the parking area when your window is even slightly open.

The staff are genuinely friendly and extremely helpful. The staff went out of their way to help me. They gave good advice for what to do in Osnabruck. The rooms are very quiet, beautifully
decorated with extra touches such as free sparkling mineral water. This is a perfect
stayover destination while crossing Germany. The hotel is a 5 minute walk across the
square from the train station. The bar & restaurant's atmosphere is very warm and inviting.
The big windows are good for people watching. The menu has good choice with normal
prices.
The hotel is an easy 20 minute stroll to the main shopping hub, nice views along the way and the fascinating old town.. There are Burger King, McDonalds and the snack shops at the train station 5 minutes away. I chose the restaurant and was extremely pleased with my decision.
I stayed 1 night each at the beginning and end of a long train journey. Next time I would consider staying up to 3 nights. The hotel is nice to stay and relax after or before big touring and train travel.
There is a safe place to store luggage before checkin or after checkout.

Proximity to the rail station was excellent. Good was good. Staff were excellent.
Small shower, dated bathroom and bedroom... lack of convenient plugs - only one side of the bed had a plug. Pillows were poor. Air conditioning was advertised but there wasn't any, just portable plug in fans were provided.
