Closeness to the train station made it easy to walk to.the hotel and also easy for me to get to my business very fast and easily.

Family hotel (or at least seems to be) - very cozy and convivial atmosphere. Rooms are well equipped and enable you to work inside the room. Mini bar available at cost, shower is good and super central in the city (4 min walking to station). Friendly staff. Great checkout time at midday.
Pillows could be a bit more confortable, breakfast is passable and there is space for improvement. A bit expensive for what it delivers (I visited the hotel while UN conferences were taking place and most of hotels were booked out).

The hotel appeared to be of good quality but this was not the reality. It was expensive and not easy to navigate around the stairs and lift. The bathroom was very good and overall amenities in the room were good.
The evening staff were not responsive; the parking was very tight for parking vehicles and the cost of this had increased after booking. There was a lot of noise outside on the street. We had booked 4 rooms - 2 of these were of a good size and 2 of them were less so.
