Viel gezahlt und wenig erhalten

Frühstück ist absolut Top.

Preis Leistung stimmt einfach nicht. Wir hatten eine Suite und ich muss sagen die war schön aber der Preis ist auch einfach übertrieben. Wir mussten sehr lange warten, bis uns jemand bediente beim Check-In, obwohl wir im sogenannten VIP-Check-in bedient werden sollten. Das Hallenbad kostet extra und ist zudem noch Zeitlich begrenzt. Viel zu teuer. Bei einem solchen Hotel haben wir erwartet das dies zumindest im Preis inbegriffen ist. Schade. Aber denke nicht das wir es wirklich empfehlen können.

Bad experience!

The staff were excellent, and the food was good.

Location is by a very busy road, we had to use a filthy underpass tunnel to cross to the beach. The hotel was geared up for younger clients. There was piped loud rave music all day, everywhere. No peaceful areas to be found at all. Plus, the two beautiful pools were not heated and only one metre deep, so no swimming. Company's conventions seemed to take priority, so areas of the hotel were restricted. We had hoped for a chilled break, but instead, it was like being in the middle of a nightmare. It should have been on the hotel's website that it is best suited for the younger generation. Frankly, we couldn't wait to check out

Härlig vecka på HRH

Frukosten erbjöd allt du kan tänka dig. Fantastisk. Rent och fint rum med en härlig säng. Hotellet hjälpte oss med en hyrbil som vi uppskattade mycket.

Poolen var så kall att den inte gick att använda och stängde förvånande tidigt.

La comodidad de la habitación, las instalaciones son super chulas y la comida del buffet esta muy bien

Lo que no me gusto fue el horario del desayuno, quiero decir, no entendia porque a las 10.50 se ponian a recoger la comida del buffet y apagar las luces de las vitrinas…. Se entiende que hasta las 11.00 que dura el desayuno tendria que estar todo puesto y tampoco entendi porque a las 11.00 apagaban las máquinas de café, en otros hoteles lo dejan 5minutillos más de cortesia… También tengo que decir, que esto paso los primeros dias y cuando cambiaron el turno de camareros ya no paso más durante la estancia.

Good hotel but they need to figure out the smell problem in the hallways / rooms!

The hotel is located in a great location, everything in and around Puerto Banus can be reached very quickly. Hotel made a great appearance, the outdoor facilities incl. pool seemed great but we didn't try as it was raining during the whole stay.

Within the hotel room, the shower / sink drain had a terrible smell and it was impossible to get rid of it even when having the water running for some time and opening the windows. Thought about moving out of the hotel more than once due to that. Also in the hallways of the rooms, a similar smell was omnipresent.

Belle découverte de la chaîne Hard Rock

Magnifique hôtel, belle situation même si de l'autre côté de la voie rapide, chambre très bien, literie hyper confortable, parking aisé, personnel très agréable. Petit déjeuner très bien.

Hôtel situé de l'autre côté de la voie rapide. Le bruit la nuit. Il faut je pense opter pour une catégorie supérieure pour ne pas être du côté de cette voie rapide car malgré le double vitrage, le bruit passe encore pas mal.

One of the best choices to make in Puerto Banús!

I love the location, room decoration and very quick response to upgrade our room. Value for money prices for this branded hotel.

I would like to have a more helping staff in the reception, as well as the skin products to come in a more interesting form and scent.

Super vriendelijk personeel in het restaurant

We reserveerde met ons gezin twee volwassenen en een kind van 1 jaar. Bij aankomst vertelde de baliemedewerkerster dat ze geen babybed hebben omdat het een adultonly hotel is. Echter staat dit niet bij booking.com in Nederland. We hebben dus zelf een eigen babybedje gekocht. Bij de reservering had het hotel ook contact met ons op kunnen nemen om dit te melden want zij wisten dat er een kind meekwam van 1 jaar.

bien pero con aire acondicionado prendido seguro era excelente.

Todo muy bueno Habitacion, Desayuno y las Piscinas

que no dejen manejar la temperatura de la habitacion, ( fui en Febrero) los aires estaban apagados y no se podian prender, por lo que si tenia calor debia abrir la ventana y como da a una avenida entraba mucho ruido, eso estuvo mal.

Großartiges Hotel, das wir immer wieder besuchen würden.

Das Hotel war wirklich toll, das Personal freundlich, die Ausstattung 1A und besonders das Frühstück hat uns begeistert.

Leider war während unseres Aufenthaltes die Klimaanlage defekt, wodurch die Zimmer sehr heiß waren. Aber auch hier konnten wir ohne Probleme in ein anderes, etwas kühleres (weil nicht Sonnenseite) Zimmer wechseln.

Nos encantó todo, desde que entramos el trato de recepción a destacar Leire fue fantástico, íbamos de celebración e hicieron nuestra estancia maravillosa. Las instalaciones inmejorables y un desayuno muy completo. ¡Volveremos pronto!

La habitación era muy pequeña y agobiante!!! Llame a la 6 de la mañana a recepción porque era imposible dormir con la fiesta que tenían en la habitación de alado el jueves y encima ni una disculpa…

Amazing building/area/pools etc - stunning. Anton at reception was Superb. Night bar staff wonderful. Rooms comfortable, beds great. Stay there!

We were told at breakfast that we didn’t have it included - when we did - Anton resolved. Our room was not made up - Anton resolved. Bit light on staff - guessing it’s a skeleton staff this time of year running half full. Bit of a walk to Marina down an underpass I wouldn’t go near if it was in the uk lol.

Allt bra utom trafiken och den avstängda AC:n

Fint hotell, fina rum, jättebra frukost, bra gym, fina pooler.

Den intilligande motorvögen och att luftkonditioneringen var avstängd vilket gjorde att det blev väldigt instängt med dålig luft.

Merece la pena

Primero de todo el trato del personal, muy amables . El buffet fue para mi opinión una pasada, había comida de calidad y el servicio excelente. Todos fueron muy agradables pero sobre todo un tal Rafa, que nos guió y explicó todo el buffet y el cocinero que se prestó a hacernos una pizza personalizada. Las habitaciones estaban bastante bien. El spa lo probamos también y es en el único que me he relajado ya que no hay tanta gente, prácticamente solos.

No hay nada en especial que no me gustara

Visuell ein Highlight, der Service könnte aber besser sein.

Die zahlreichen Ausstellungsstücke berühmter Stars waren faszinierend. Die Zimmer haben eine gute Grösse und wir hatten einen schönen Blick auf die Poollandschaft. Besonders zu erwähnen waren die Leute an der Bar. Super gute Drinks und witzig. Besonders gut hatten wir es mit Indira, sie ist die Beste ! Gerne wieder.

Das Frühstücksbüffet war zwar reichlich aber nicht besonders gut. Mega teuer! Die versprochenen Live-Konzerte fielen mit fadenscheinigen Ausreden aus. Alle 3 Tage die wir dort waren. Die Angestellten sind dort übereifrig und räumen schnell mal, obwohl wir noch gar nicht fertig waren. Die Türsteher waren auch nicht sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

The facilities did not disappoint, but the service was sub-standard.

I went in winter, so the poolside was a little quiet, but the beauty was not lost. Their buffet was great and generous, full value for money. The hotel smells beautifully. The concierge service was brilliant.

The facilities are great, but the service is 2.5 star. 1. The welcome message on my TV was for someone else. 2. There was no gown, sleepers or even a shower cap. I had to request all those, and you had to hold the line for an awfully long time before it is answered. 3. The 2 bottles of water that come standard at almost any other hotel was only issued on day one. I was told, it is only for welcome (day 1). 4. Check-in and check-out was a queue even in that awfully quiet period, I can't even begin to imagine what happens in peak season.
