Room was good.
Balcony too small to really sit out on
Breakfast was dark downstairs in basement
Pool and lounges not great.
Outside very dated and looking out the room was depressing

Location: Excellent - central location located conveniently for access to all major landmarks
Staff: Excellent and friendly

Other: Sweet/Snack table at reception was great :)
Everything was great apart for staff member at checkout who when request was made for stored luggage was extremely rude. She displayed an arrogant attitude which was a unfortunate given that everyone else was super helpful and friendly.

Reception staff
The pool bar drinks and food service terrible. They really need to look at this. Waiting an hour on drinks being made. Forgetting our orders. Undercooked food.
