Location is exceptional. Right in heart of old town Marbella. Building has real history. One of the first buildings in Marbella, with significant architectural history. Beautiful room with high ceilings.

Location and how helpful staff was and the restaurant downstairs. Ac didn’t work for 2 days. The fixed it which was nice.
I didn’t like that the shower was clogged. I hate when the water goes up to my feet… floor seemed dirty as well dusty.

It was filled with charm and was entirely equipped with nice bed, shower and the staff Ronald and Rafael were outstanding hosts.

Manager Vanessa was very helpful and friendly. Location and decent room.
Smallish room with very little hanging storage. Other staff were surly and rude. No breakfast possible although I thought I had specified it in the search engine. Cafe at hotel was owned but not operated by the hotel, this appeared to cause a constant friction between hotel and cafe employees but more importantly meant a lack of service for customers.
