The hotel is modernly renovated. Very nice entrance and dining areas. The staff was nice at the front desk and in the restaurant. One struggled with English but we managed. The room was also nice and relatively modern. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet at night for sleeping.
The room needs a bit of caretaking; for example the walls need a fresh paint job as there are a lot of marks on the walls. The bathroom floor is starting to be damaged from water.

Good chain hotel with decent facilities. Reasonably priced. Great location as it’s on the ring road on the edge of Guadalajara so it’s easy to get to and to park, but also easy to walk into town (15 minutes or so to get into the heart of the old town).
Think they need to pay some more attention to detail. Our toilet leaked/dripped all night. Although some staff were attentive, we found it difficult to get served at the bar in the evening even though it wasn’t busy.

It’s a beautiful, modern hotel. The staff was very kind and attentive.
The sliding bathroom door has a slither of space when closed. Not a big deal, just might be bothersome if you’re used to completely closing/locking the door.
