Budget stay, but really good. Top marks !!

The bungalows are simple and functional, with everything you need for a stay in Gran Canaria. the pool was immaculately clean, plenty of sunbeds and manicured gardens. Really can’t fault the place. The on site Chinese restaurant was superb value for money, but the snack bar was a tad pricey for soft drinks & ice creams. Bus stop right outside to all the local towns and attractions.

Not the fault of the complex but I went out one evening intending to come back early, but got carried away and stayed out late. I didn’t take external key and of course the gates are locked at 10pm. So from 4am I was waiting on cleaners to come 6am and let me in. my own fault but residents should be more alert to this.

Very hard beds. No fan or Air con. Situated next to a very busy road so unable to open windows to cool down due to traffic noise. Furniture very dated. Tv from 1980s

big complex having pool, market and 2 restaurants

The bungalows are situated in a big complex having pool, market and 2 restaurants. Its really a nice location with flowers and quiet people. The bungalow is spacious with living, bedroom and bathroom, nice terrace in front for relaxing. Cleaning is done daily with great responsibility. I really appreciated the fast check-in and the support I received from reception and bar persons, especially Kristina. Many free parking spots outside the complex (no cars inside, so a lot of silence). 20-30 minutes walking away by the beach but a good location to visit the island by car.

The furniture is outdated, the sofa from living where a child was supposed to sleep is in fact only some narrow pillows over a stone base, so the child refused to sleep there. The wardrobe is painted on the inside with a black paint that degrades and does not look very good. The mirror for bathroom was in an advanced state of degradation. The hot water is provided from a small boiler that is not enough more than a fast shower and people with long hair will have a challenge here. No soap provided or cleaning stuff for kitchen. And what was the most "surprised" thing, the Tube TV, something I didn't see by 20 years or so and in order to switch on, you need a key from reception (key meaning a really key, like the door key). So, anyway is not what I was expecting for a bungalow of over 100 EUR/night on January.

Worst hotel i ever been to. Hygiene was aweful. They provided no shampoo, tea bag, coffee, sugar, hand gel, liquid or body wash. We had to purchase everything ourselves. The bedding smell, felt like it wasnt washed. The kettle took 15m to heat, and it wasnt that hot. It was so old fashioned and ancient. The micro wave, again, old. When we heated food we bought from outside, fire like smell came out from the microwave. We were too scared to use it just in case it blows up. There was some crumbs on the table, 5 mins later when we came to clean it there was like 50 insects came to eat it. It was so dirty. They dont disinfect the area or tables. The shower was hot at first but then it went cold and the water wernt heating up anymore. We wanted a double bed but instead they gave us two twin beds joined together. It was so uncomfortable for me and my wife. They have a small nice pool but you cannot use it and its not deep. Its just asethically pleasing. Would not recommend! 1/10.

Booked withy sistets family for Christmas was a good resort for familys

Our bungalow was not together but not to far away so managed

We loved the pool and the restaurant on site

The pool not open until 11 am and our beds were only 2 proper single beds and one a bunk we had to make ourselves

We enjoy it so much we will be going again next year.

As we are now retired we like a quiet holiday in the sun by a pool, this resort is brilliant, its quiet in September (no screaming kids splashing in the pool) temperatures are still in the high twenty's, plenty of room around the large pool not shoulder to shoulder with strangers talking in a language we don't understand. Local restaurants within walking distance and a bar by the terrace. Been holidaying here for over sixteen years and gotten to know Kristina who runs the show and the on site supermarket with her brother.

Opening hours of the bar and reception are not long enough, nothing more to dislike about the place.

Beautiful gardens, lovely staff, nice pool and bar. Cleaners nice. Place Spotless.

Sofa bed really uncomfortable even taking the cushions from both of the beds.

The staff in reception desk (Mrs. Kristina) was very nice person and very helpful. Good location (by bus you have access in everyplace in the Island, and by walk you will be in the beach in 15 minutes, clean place, big flat, good Wi-Fi.

location for golf is fantastic plus dunes beach and centre

bungalows are outdated and not comfortable it’s the bench type chairs saying that the golfing location gives it points.

Restful and peaceful after a long 2 years

We always like the peace and quite of the complex . We have been there five times already.

The kitchen was in a very bad state its needs a complete makeover the wood was rotten in the presses and we spent a lot of our time killing small insects

Stay ruined by traffic noise

The resort is like a small cosy village. The pool area was very well kept. Good cleaning of the house. Very friendly neigbours. Excellent bus connections.

The house (or "bungalow") i got was located next to a street (Av.Neckerman) with heavy traffic. The house was not much sound proof, so I had to use ear plugs at all time because of relentless noise from the traffic (it is quiet between 1.30am and 6 in the morning). The seating in the "bungalow" is not comfortable. The bed is Ok. The receptionist/managment service was the lowest of low.

Been here a few times always friendly and helpful staff very very clean and well looked after and clients respect each other. Pool is to die for and perfect location

No TV in apartment maybe not a bad thing!!!! Free WIFI is great but only available in Apartment could do with around Pool and Bar etc.

Spotlessly clean, beautiful gardens and pool, direct walk to town.

Very helpful. Daughter in a wheelchair, let S keep our room until we checked out in the afternoon as no accessible loo or supermarket.

No accessible toilet or supermarket, but waitress minded my daughter so I could go to supermarket.

Fantastic holiday

The accomodation was comfortable and clean, the pool was fantastic and always plenty of sunbeds, all the staff were friendly and helpful and worked hard to keep the site beautiful. There is an excellent Chinese restaurant on site and also a small shop for basics. The complex was quite, so if you want a peaceful holiday this is for you. Town is only a short bus or taxi ride away with plenty of bars and restaurants. We would like to thank all the staff for making it a great holiday.

Very good

Nice complex, cosy bungalow, nice and large pool. Supermarket just 50m. Beach and ocean by walk about 1,6km. No problem with parking. Pleasant and helpful staff.

The pool is heated only to 22 degrees, which could be cold for someone. Old and used furniture in bungalow. Archaic and not usable TV. Not very comfortable and creaking bed. No wine glasses in Spain! No dishwashing detergent or sponge.

The pool is OK. Location is not that bad.

The bungalows are old apartments. The TV set is still from '80s. Beds were extremly uncomfortable. The kithcen is for coffee making only. There was almost no cutlery. The couch is make from concrete with some cushions over, you can't sit there for more then 20 minuts.
